09.02.2024 at around two o'clock in the afternoon, they found out the electricity tariff for the Minsk region. Since their address and phone number changed, I was given a phone number in technical support (399-37-96) - it turned out to be a settlement group for the city of Minsk, the girl refused to give her last name and hung up! It was unpleasant to hear everything from a girl - it's not said enough! I was shaking for a long time… I just got the wrong number, and she told me, "WOMAN, where are you calling, don't you see what number you're dialing" and so on and so forth! To be honest, I couldn't even imagine that it was possible to talk to subordinate organizations in this way! She gets a salary, and I think it's not a small one, and it wasn't an evening to be so angry!
