"The best hotel in Vancouver 50 years ago": very old, there is an unpleasant smell in the corridors and rooms. The lighting works intermittently, instead of an air conditioner, there is an electric heater and an opening window, the windows overlook a noisy street.
But it is located in a beautiful place: very close to the embankments and a large park.
