An amazing hotel! We visited the hotel for the period 08/31/2021 - 09.09.2021. The staff is VERY polite and helpful. The food is very tasty and varied. Clean area, cleaned every day. Rooms are cleaned every other day, accessories are replaced every three days. The only thing I didn't like was that the slides don't work much, and the pool itself is only open until 6 pm, but these are small things. There are paid sun beds on the beach, but we didn't bother, bought a mat and enjoyed life. The sea was aggressive, the waves were strong, but it was a plus for us. Special shoes were needed because the bottom is unpredictable, it's easy to damage your feet, but even this did not spoil the impression. The only thing I didn't like was the hotel guide. Useless creature, couldn't answer any travel questions clearly. We signed up for the trip, immediately demanded an advance payment, but did not sign us up, later we had to deal with him. In addition, I lied a lot when describing entertainment programs. But as a result, the vacation was a success, we did not regret that we came to this wonderful place. Quiet, beautiful, cozy, delicious and no cattle and drunks, since the hotel is on the principle of "NO ALCOHOL", this is an even bigger fat plus.

Hotel.
Friendly Russian-speaking staff who will always help and prompt. The decoration is in bright colors, everything is clean. The rooms are medium in size, but far from small (we had a room like in the 20m photo))). The territory of the hotel is not large, but there is a swimming pool. I didn't use it, I swam in the sea. I didn't go to the hammam either, but they praised me. I won't say anything good about the guide)
Location: to the "center" 40 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by bus.
Hotel guests: mostly Turks and CIS citizens. There are few children, which is good for me)
Beach.
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Entering the water in places with slabs, they are smooth, already polished with water, but this is the case everywhere in this part of Alanya. Some people write that you can hurt your legs... well, I don't know, at most you have to stumble, and then you have to try.
Kitchen.
Personally, I was satisfied with everything in nutrition. There was a lot of non-greasy food, which I love. In the morning: milk porridge/omelets. Lunch and dinner: several types of side dishes and meat dishes (mainly chicken and turkey), soup. Salads, cheeses/sausages, olives, fruits, vegetables, and greens were also always present. I have visited various "haute cuisine" restaurants many times both in Moscow and in other cities... I will put a solid 4+ in the kitchen at the hotel.
Alcohol.
The hotel is in the "alcohol-free" format, which for me is just a fat plus, which allows you to weed out all the cattle flying with you on the plane. There are no boozing fathers and mothers with red faces and their eternally screaming doctors. Normal, adequate people are resting around.
Alcohol can be bought for money at a bar or near a shopping center.
In general, if you are not great kings who go to eat and drink from the great chorus of their backwoods, who are cooked only by a Michelin chef in everyday life, then you will like everything.
In terms of price / quality ratio, the rating is 5.
If I go to Alanya again, I will stay here.

We had a rest with a small company, we really liked the hotel. The food is varied, lots of fruits. Friendly staff. I recommend definitely visiting the SPA floor, We celebrated two birthdays - we were served tables, presented cakes and lit fireworks - it was very PLEASANT, Thanks to the hotel STAFF for our holiday. The sea is close - 350 meters. The rest is WONDERFUL

An amazing hotel! We had a rest with our family from 02.09 to 09.09 and I can say that this hotel has excellent food, everything is very tasty and beautifully decorated😇 respect to the chefs 👍🏻 every day there was a varied menu and a lot of fruits;
everything is organized at the highest level! the pool is clean, the slides were turned on at the most suitable time for everyone) the people are very friendly, not intrusive
, the territory is beautifully landscaped, palm trees, flowers, everything is as it should be! The rooms are great, clean. Cleaning was done almost every day, the air conditioner was working, the balcony was clean and tidy) in the evenings, you could sit quietly by the pool and enjoy the silence while drinking soft drinks! Just a buzz😍
there are only positive emotions left, I advise everyone to relax here and more than once🥰 the
hotel will miss you! We will definitely come back again

A cozy hotel for a family holiday. The food is decent. Close to the sea. Friendly staff who are always ready to help. The room is cleaned every day. Beitu has an excellent hammam, I recommend everyone to visit it. And he also has a massage course.

A cozy hotel, no alcohol, suitable for families with children. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning is daily, the food is decent. It's not far from the sea.
Among the disadvantages are an animator and a DJ. They just don't work. A couple of hackneyed games every day, children are not interested and adults are not interested either. Even morning exercises, which are available in all hotels, are not here. The music is generally disgusting, in the daytime when the radio is turned on, and that's better. So you can forget about leisure! Self-entertainment and that's it! On the beach, stones and slabs enter the water, you can cut your feet.

We arrived with a friend at the hotel from 09.10 to 19.10 2019. The impressions were very good, friendly staff,cleanliness,delicious and healthy food, entertainment by the pool, discos,show programs.the restaurant deserves special respect, a lot of fruits, greens, meat, everything is worthy of praise.the sea is within walking distance of the beach.16 cleanliness and order are free of charge, but it is advisable to come after breakfast, because there may not be enough sun beds.I recommend this hotel for a holiday, as the price corresponds to the quality.I think I will return to this hotel.it is not possible to forget him.

Great location of the hotel! On one side is the sea, on the other is the Alanium shopping center, and it takes about 5-7 minutes to go there.
There is a bus stop nearby, 5 minutes walk towards the sea.
The rooms are not large, cozy, cleaning every day, but the floors are dirty, towels are changed every 3-4 days. The room has a TV, a safe (a safe is paid $ 2 per day).
If necessary, you can ask for a baby bed (by the way, the child really liked it).
Free sun beds on the 15th beach, there is also an Internet connection. The internet works very poorly in the hotel!!!! Even if wifi is catching, it does not mean that it is there, it is unrealistic to send a photo or call a whatsapp.
About the food: the food is good, there is always chicken or turkey or fish (fish less often), fresh vegetables, pasta, fries, olives, mashed soup, sweets. There is almost always milk porridge in the morning. From fruits: watermelon, apples, tangerines, pears, grapes, plums. Tortillas with fillings (potatoes, sausage, cottage cheese) are cooked near the pool
. We rested with the child for a year and 4 months, there were no problems with nutrition, the main thing is to try everything before him, maybe spicy.
The staff is very good, everyone is cheerful, kind, positive, they will always help and entertain the child.
There is a children's corner. Three pools, one for children, the second under the roof, the third with slides. The slides are open 10-12 and 14-16.
During the day, there were almost no guests at the hotel, so I can't really say anything about animation, in the evening at 20:30 there is a children's disco at 21:00 showtime.
The hotel has a hammam, everything is fine, but the massage is so-so (a girl gave me a massage)

I had a chance to relax in this hotel at the end of October 2019, for 2 weeks. We were received at night, hospitably, at the reception a very pleasant young man who speaks excellent Russian, escorted us to our room. Special thanks to him, polite, attentive, intelligent, punctual, receptionist Elena, thank you for moving to a room cleaner than the first one. About the rooms. The bedspreads are NOT WASHED or CHANGED after the previous tourists. THERE IS MOLD AND MILDEW IN THE SHOWERS. A Turkish girl cleaning the 2nd floor of our wing, special thanks, well done, my sister lived with a friend and family on the 3rd floor, their cleaning was ugly, they had to wash the floor, since a baby lived in the room. THE KITCHEN IS A SEPARATE STORY (( The menu is meager and monotonous. Meat dishes are absolutely not edible. It is COOKED in such a way that local cats do not eat. Vegetables and greens cannot even be washed humanly, insects, earth, rot crawl.... THE DISHES ARE VERY POORLY WASHED!!!! THE WAITERS WORK VERY NOISILY, cutlery is thrown noisily, plates are knocked, chairs are moved furiously, it IS IMPOSSIBLE to sit quietly and enjoy ... IT'S A SHAME!!!!! ((AND IT SEEMED TO US THAT THE hotel DID NOT HAVE A FRIENDLY ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM AT ALL, my sister had A DOCTOR ON October 27. SPECIAL THANKS TO THE ANIMATION TEAM, NATALIA IS A SMART GIRL, KSK COULD GET OUT OF IT, CONGRATULATED MY SISTER, APOLOGIZED FOR THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION. We don't need special signs of attention, BUT WHY NOT DO IT NOT OBSESSIVELY AT DINNER JUST WITH A MUSICAL GIFT OF CONGRATULATIONS..... IN GENERAL, A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! A great hotel, we stayed there from 08/31/2019 to 09/9/2019. The cuisine is delicious, the food is good, the hotel is more family-run, the lack of alcohol is an undoubted plus. The location, in my opinion, is almost in the center, you can leisurely walk to all the noisy and entertainment establishments.
Your own beach. The staff is helpful and almost everyone speaks Russian. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I personally enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I will come back again.

We were alone with my husband, there are no complaints about the hotel, we liked everything. But if they were with children, they would be bored. For kids, every day is a mini disco and every day is the same, just like groundhog day))) but the plus of this hotel is that there is no alcohol and few Germans. The rooms are clean, cleaning if necessary every day. We were quite satisfied with the food, although it seemed to me that tomorrow was poor, I did not have enough purely banal porridge. Meat chicken, turkey, liver. There was always enough. I liked the staff, they were friendly.

We had a vacation with a friend and children in July! Of course, there are many more minuses than there are pluses! The room cleaning is terrible! I always had to remind them to take it away! They didn't clean everywhere, they had to clean the house themselves!! And on the last day, they ran out of towels altogether !!! The chefs are friendly) Half of the food is tasteless, and half is spicy! In general, there is no food !!! At the reception, I had to tell them 10 times to do something!!! But the hotel itself is nice and cozy))) But that's half the trouble... Money was missing, the wallet was in the room on the shelf, they forgot to put it away!!! We will never go there again))) I don't recommend it ...
