We took a car at the end of May 2023 in Yerevan. It is convenient that you can park your car in the underground parking of the hotel and not look for a place on the streets in the center. It was very valuable for us that you can pay with a Mir card or in cash for both rental and deposit (for which you usually need a credit card). The car is clean, odorless. The support team in whatsapp responds very quickly.
Unfortunately, we had an accident on the last day of the lease. Not much, but it's the police, registration, etc. A rental representative came to us almost immediately (it happened in the center of Yerevan), I didn't even have time to call the insurance company. He solved all the issues with the insurance and the police himself, reassured us that the main thing was that everyone was safe and sound. Although it is clear that this is as unpleasant as possible for rental, they had a reservation for this car after us.
I was pleasantly surprised by how calm and friendly everything went.
There were no questions about the money after that (we had full insurance, but anything happens). The deposit was unfrozen on time.
I highly recommend this rental, I give contacts to friends and acquaintances.

We stayed at the Ibis Hotel. There is a rental office in the same building. The car was not booked in advance. We came , processed the documents, made a deposit . The manager was polite and helpful. After 20 minutes we left in a Tuxane. The car is in excellent condition. During the trip, we contacted technical support (we did not know how to open the gas tank hatch). Conveniently, there is free underground parking here at the hotel. The deposit to the card was returned quickly. We recommend it!!! We will contact you again.

We rented a car 2 times. At the same time, the deposit can be made on a one-time basis, if he did not manage to return by the time of the new lease. Accept the world cards.
The staff is very pleasant and polite. The car is in very good condition, clean inside and out, and they often upgrade several levels higher for free.
They give out cars and take them back quickly.

They take a deposit! And the information about this on the site is masked in such a way that it is very difficult to find. There is also no deposit in the booking confirmation. The bail amount is very high - $ 500. They impose additional insurance, which will reduce the amount of collateral by half.
Unpleasant impressions remained from communicating with employees on the phone and in the office, they communicate arrogantly and constantly try to spread them for additional expenses.
I canceled my reservation and will no longer apply to this rental, since there are enough others around.
