I am terribly outraged by the RUDENESS of the staff and the complete LACK OF SERVICE. I bought a coupon for three zones. To begin with, it cost me a herculean effort to get through to the salon and make an appointment for the nearest date. The master wrote the time, I asked if there was an opportunity to receive me early, the answer was negative, I understood it and did not argue. At the appointed time, I arrive at the salon, where they tell me in raised tones that THE RECORDING HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ACCEPT ME. How was I supposed to know if the recording was confirmed or not? Why didn't the master clarify this question or at least apologize for the confusion? When the administrator asked me to sign me up for another date, the master replied negatively, apparently purely out of principle. This is the first time I have come across such a negligent attitude towards visitors and my work, although I regularly visit beauty salons. Of course, I will not come here anymore, and I will not advise my friends. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND choosing this place if you want to save your time, money and nerves.
