Nice hotel! We've been in it for two years in a row. This is a family-run hotel. A large restaurant with a magnificent view of the sea and the sunset, the food is excellent, a very large selection: a table with snacks and pickles, a grill station, a children's table, a table for vegetarians, sweets, and a station with salads both ready and "pick yourself", and of course fruits. Good access to the sea (excellent for children) There are several pools, one with a large children's area (slides, paddling pools). There are also more secluded pools 16+
Room cleaning is good
A very good entertainment program with animators: every evening a different show, games on the beach, mini golf , darts, foam party.
Kusadasi can be reached in 14 liras by local buses. Rooms 6 and 8 will take you to the Marina Port embankment, where you can go shopping. Back also by bus just by showing the bracelet and saying Ephesus.
Cats also live on site. They are wearing collars, very neat and clean, it is clear that they are being watched. They're still saying goodbye at dinner)

We visited the Aegean coast in the second half of October. Although we don't like the heat, it was already cool for us here because of the north wind: the temperature is 23-25, but cold nights and wind.
The hotel itself is not bad, the impressions are positive. I was very pleased that they settled us in the morning and did not make us wait for 14h, there was an early arrival.
The food is good, it seemed that you can find something for every taste. I especially liked cold snacks, of which there were many: with beans, lentils, peas, tuna, anchovies. Fish of the same type, without frills) There was always pizza or pide, fries or something deep-fried, a large selection of meat.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, the beach is quite spacious. We liked the place on the beach under the pines.
It is worth considering that in October there is no free ice cream, a la carte restaurants and the Panorama bar are closed.
There is a shopping center not far from the hotel, it is only 10 minutes to walk through the cottage village. The views around are beautiful.
We got to Kusadasi by minibus, the fare is 20 lira / person. Taxi back - 10 euros. It's worth going there to take a walk: Pigeon Island, the embankment, the Old Town.
And in conclusion, about the main disadvantage of the hotel.
The evening animation, to put it mildly, was disappointing. There were only two interesting shows during the week: an African one (acrobats) and a dance one (modern dances).
The rest is the production of numbers by animators, mainly with men dressing up as women, scenes at the level of bad amateur performance with antics, jokes below the belt. It turned out tasteless and vulgar, although the guys tried their best. But there was a target audience: The foreigners applauded and laughed... I have not seen such performances in hotels before, and it would be better never to see them again.

I'll try briefly.By my standards, this is a big hotel (almost a human), but there are enough places in restaurants, sun beds, ice cream for everyone during the day. In the main restaurant +- for 400 seats, you must come either at the beginning (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or 50 minutes after the start, then tables for even 6 or more people can always be found, a variety of dishes and quality for 5 (unless of course you are used only to restaurant food) there is everything and meat (beef, pork, turkey, chicken) and fish, vegetables, fruits and desserts are a lot, once again I repeat the quality is more than, children of course usually crack French fries either with nuggets or burgers. On the third day, I personally did not even go to lunch because there were snack places next to the pools (the same French fries, nuggets, burgers, pizza, salads, tortillas with cheese and herbs), although there are queues, but it's a couple of minutes no more. 4-5 bars throughout the territory are also enough, for my taste, beer and wine for hotels here are above average, but locally produced strong drinks are terrible,cocktails for an amateur can turn out to be normal or maybe disgusting, every time you order even the same one, it turns out completely different things.I think there are 5 large pools and several small ones (for kids) + slides are all decent, there are enough sun beds if not at this pool, then you will definitely find another one. The territory is green and well maintained. As a result, for a family holiday or in a company, the price and quality are an excellent option, 8 plus you can safely evaluate this hotel.

Vacationers were mainly Turkey, Poland, England, so they lay by the pools, went to the sea and the sea. The beach is private, the sea is shallow. Everything is cleaned and cleaned everywhere. A confident foursome.
Four large pools, three snack bars, a narrow beach line for 1-2 sun loungers in width with standard wicker umbrellas. The entrance to the sea is rocky, but it is enough to overcome 3-4 meters and then sand. The bottom is sandy, up to a depth of thirty meters.
The staff is friendly, not Russian-speaking. The main contingent is Germans, Turks, Italians and Poles met.

The territory is clean, the cleanliness is monitored.
The bar has local drinks, local alcohol.
Rooms 7xxx are "tired", there is a noticeable pull of drainage from the drains.
Everything in the rooms is standard: hair dryer, TV, slippers, conditioner, shampoo, gel.
The food was a buffet, it didn't shine with variety, but we didn't go hungry.

The rest from 07/16/23 to 07/27/23 was chosen for a long time, I can't say whether they guessed it or not. But the infrastructure of the hotel is good. The pools are not perfectly clean, but with so many people, it's not surprising. There are many of them and they are different, there is a calm one without children. The filters are cleaned every evening. The food is decent, there is a simple one for children and in this heat, the children did not have any disorders.
I didn't like the rooms, they were very tired. Especially the bathrooms. But these are family rooms, the room stock is newer for two. The cleaning was strange, it depended on the change of staff.
But if you are not going to look for disadvantages, then it is quite decent.

Two years in a row to the same hotel and I'm not tired and I'm going to go for the third time. There is everything here that makes my vacation pleasant and comfortable. Beautiful green area, low-rise buildings, many swimming pools, comfortable large family rooms (two separate spaces with a door for adults and children), near the beautiful Aegean Sea with a sandy beach, slides for children and adults. The food is not refined, but plentiful and varied, there is even a diet table and a children's area with a buffet and small tables. There is a market and shops within walking distance. 👍

This time the rest was for two 5 and 6 year olds, very active and used to a lot of variety. We were looking for children's animation and swimming pools. But the animation is a half-hour disco. The children were waiting for her every day and the playroom. I have not observed any toys, or not enough. But pencils, sheets of paper and coloring as much as you want. We did some other applications. The children enjoyed running around to study themselves. Therefore, we were very satisfied. For children, a small area is a big plus. Our children went alone to the game room, to the sea, and to the pool. Naturally, if one of us adults is at the water at this time. They could also come to the dining room. There are many pools, there are ones with direct access to the water. We chose with access to the lawn and 20 meters to the pool and less than 100 meters to the sea. The room is double. A compartment door separated one room from another. The room is simple, but everything is there. A double bed (it is a double bed, and not like in large hotels, even if you sleep with five people), a bed with pillows, like a sofa and the same excellent height without pillows (it will not work, but for one it is normal). One was tougher, just what I needed. I slept on it. Refrigerator, kettle, safe, two TVs. No one speaks Russian except one at the spa. We communicated in English. I hardly speak, but they understood it somehow)). Or an auto-translator to help. Russian-speaking vacationers can be found, but not many. The ice cream was free. The children ran around and took it, I never tried it. I had enough desserts. I didn't want anything in between. I won't tell you what kind of drinks there were. I've only ever taken baileys, and there was nothing like that here. They took only water, tea and sometimes white wine. The red did not go down after one sip. But coffee is a problem. Only instant and for me, so no. I took a cappuccino once and didn't drink anymore. Tea is also only packaged! It was unusual. And we got used to the fact that wherever you go in five stars, there were no problems with food. And there were no desserts here, except at the reception. But there is everything in the dining room, but on time. A lot was sorted out in an hour. But they took the plate with them. The children ate little in the dining room, and there was a 5-hour break between lunch and dinner. They were being fed. The beach bar has only burgers, pasta, French fries, nuggets and 6 types of vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes). The store contains apples, pears, grapes, plums, tangerines, oranges, nectarines, watermelons, melons (this is September- October). I had fish, I didn't have enough of the meager choice that I had. There was meat. I was more into vegetables and cheese. A lot of canned food (corn, olives, olives, etc.). Cucumbers and tomatoes always. Salads too. You won't stay hungry. But we have seen both tastier and more diverse. I'm calm about food, I didn't gain much, everything suited me, and so did the children. Cleaning every day. But there are often winds here, so do not choose weather below 28 degrees. It will feel cool. It was nicer at sea when the weather was 30-32. Although in the morning the sea is warmer at 26-28. In the afternoon, in this weather and in the pool, you can only swim quickly, and the waves on the sea after 11 am. But vouchers are much cheaper here. The photos came out colorful and friends wanted to join in. But they talked me out of it. Let's go to Belek, it was warmer there. So I recommend it if you want to be cheaper with children or pensioners. The beach is small, but there was enough space for everyone. There is no one near the water in the morning and evening. There were also discos for children and water was turned on in the pool, you can enjoy when the water is on the slide, shoot water and run under the fountains. At that time, the music was also turned on. But there were breaks, it didn't bother me much. There were also simulators. A small room. The kids loved the treadmill. The rest is for adults and more power. You can find out what you missed on the website. Actually, there were a lot of people. But only during the day by the pools and by the sea and in the evening there is one bar. I haven't visited him once. Oh, wi-fi is only available at the reception and near the dining room. Or 2 euros per day. So I would rate it 3 stars for tea and coffee and the lack of Internet in full on the territory. I do not understand who writes reviews that the hotel is at the highest level. This is a solid 4*, which is written on the reception doors (when booking a hotel, it costs 5 * in the contract). Apparently, many people have no comparison with a good 5*, and even with a good 4*.
We are currently vacationing at this hotel, so I am writing the most recent review. I will describe the negative features more.
We arrived at 5:10 a.m., were at the hotel at 6:50 a.m., went to breakfast, checked in at 9:00 a.m. It took about 40 minutes to get to the hotel.
The hotel has a large territory, there are always free sun beds at the far pools and at the sea, no one managed to take vacant places at the pool with slides. One part of the hotel is old, the other is new, it depends on which building to live in. The old part is designed for 3-4 people in the room, the new one for 2-3 people. On the spot, you can pay an additional $ 380 to be accommodated in a room on the 1st floor with private access to the pool. The rooms themselves are comfortable, new appliances and furniture, cleaning every day, but without any swans of towels.
The reception is designed for a maximum of 50-80 people, it is very small for such a large number of residents. In the evening, children's discos are held next to it (in the amphitheater), so there are free places at the reception.
From alcohol - ephesus beer, vodka, gin and whiskey. That's all, then alcoholic cocktails only on vodka and a couple of pieces on gin. There are 3 types of cocktails for children, then water and carbonated drinks.
There is not as much food in the canteen as they say. Basically, these are various salads (of 10 types), cheese /sausage /olives / vegetables /fruits (of which there are not many), then 1-2 types of pasta, French fries, rice, potato slices (very spicy), hot snacks (boiled /fried/baked vegetables), beef patties, chicken 2 types, fish 1 type, cakes. Therefore, I cannot say that there is a lot of food. It is there, but not in large quantities. It's not bad for a 4* hotel, but it's been better.
And now the most important minus of food is everything in the hotel after eating in the dining room, they get sick with a sharp stomach, namely: they twist, they feel sick, the temperature rises, the children vomit. Personally, before going to eat, we always drank Pepsan-r so that in the future we would not feel such problems as we had on the first days of arrival. At first, they were saved by polysorb, smekta, enterosgel and other stomach pills.
We went to a Chinese restaurant in Alaska, I really liked it (by the way, everything was perfect with the stomach after it), so I recommend it.
Of the disadvantages, more:
- terrible entry into the sea, there are only stones under your feet (take aquasocks). Walk 100 meters by sea for sure so that you can swim calmly afterwards. The water is always cold, strong winds.
- food, take everything you have from your stomach.
- pull up your English, they don't speak Russian here at all.
- the territory is not well maintained in the sense that everywhere something falls off or departs. It is clear that the hotel needs renovation for a long time. The chairs and tables in the dining room are all shabby. Umbrellas are held on "snot" and always fly into the pool because there are almost no fasteners, and the winds are strong here.
- the pool is not cleaned from the word at all, this is the first time I've seen it. The water in the children's pool is not heated, it is even colder than in the adult one.
- wi-fi is neither bad nor good. Sometimes it catches, sometimes it doesn't. If you're lucky, but in general, you can keep in touch with Russia
- there are only foreigners around.
- don't even go to the mall. Due to the fact that many stores in our country are closed, prices here in the same Zara and other stores are 2 times higher than they were in Moscow. You can go to the bazaar, but there the clothes are a copy of the brands, the quality is so-so, but you will definitely find souvenirs. There is a grocery store at the exit of the hotel (if you go right across the river), the prices are reasonable.
It was the first time I got to such a hotel, and even more so in Turkey, where everything is always at the highest level. I don't recommend it just because I feel sorry for the children, who get sick much worse after the canteen than adults, but the infrastructure is very good.
Therefore, I put 3 * for the food, and 4 * for the hotel itself. Maybe, of course, we are not lucky with food right now, and the people who wrote reviews earlier were not familiar with such problems…

We had a rest from 30.08.2022 to 08.09.2022 with a family, two children (3 and 8 years old) and 2 adults.In order!1. Some advantages: the sea is clean, warm, the entrance is small pebbles 2-3m, then sand, after stones, smooth, 15-19 m from the shore, and then only sand. It is necessary to walk 50 m to reach the depth. Children and those who swim poorly just get high!!! There are about ten pools, a lot of goks and different sites pouring water from all sides. If you take a room for two, then the rooms on the 4th floor of the 6th and 7th buildings have a Jacuzzi on the balcony, two sun beds, a table and chairs, etc. the balcony area is 14 m at least! All rooms of the hotel overlook the sea only! The food is always varied, daily fish (dorado, grilled trout, and even some kind of marinade) lamb meat, beef, liver, fried and stewed... Fruits are always: watermelons, apples of two varieties, plums, melons (not very much), tangerines and oranges, dark and light grapes. Draft beer, just great, apparently the Ephesus plant supplies fresh beer nearby!!! Cocktails by the sea are awesome, the ladies are applauding. Free safe, towels, ice cream, bottled water everywhere. The staff is great, cleaning every day, linen change every other day. The territory is large, Wi-Fi in two places is free (at the reception and at the entrance to the dining room). In my opinion, there is one minus, there are few Russians and Ukrainians, many Turks, there are Bulgarians and Poles. They don't understand Russian, at best English, but you poke your finger, they will give you a smile. It's good to use the translator on the phone, helped with a bang! If you take a tour for more than 7 days, you can go to fish, Chinese and Italian restaurants three times for free in the evening. And have fun at sunset with delicious national food. I recommend this hotel to everyone, we will definitely return more than once!

The sea is cold. The territory of the hotel is small, there are a lot of pools in which the water is not heated. There is nowhere to wash your feet after the beach, all the sand drags into the pools. A creepy dining room with a blue cloth instead of a tablecloth. The persistent smell of sewage haunted me throughout the hotel.

A great place to relax! The first line, the water park, the pool directly from the room, bars, restaurants and a hammam are all super! And the food and alcoholic drinks are just brilliant! The climate is mild, the sea is warm. We really liked everything!
