Overall good for this price. But:
- breakfast system is broken
- make cleaning too often in rooms, and do that without even asking every day
- no openings windows in rooms (so no fresh air)

Nice hotel, not far from the metro station "Medical University". Good service, quite tasty breakfasts. Among the disadvantages are the lack of a mini-refrigerator and a kettle in the room, a window that opened to a very small gap, little space for clothes and few hangers. And I also absolutely cannot understand this feature of bathrooms in Georgian hotels, when the shower cabin closes at best by half and all the water from the shower pours all the time on the floor in the bathroom.. Maybe it's convenient for someone, but not for me at all.

Great hotel! I liked everything!
Beautiful interiors of the hall, corridors, rooms. The staff speaks English and Georgian. They were very polite and friendly, helped with everything, explained. Clean, new room (for two with a small terrace), nothing was broken/worn. There were bathrobes, slippers, hygiene kits, a safe, 2 bottles of water. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a kettle and refrigerator. Large double bed with orthopedic mattress, clean bed linen. Delicious buffet breakfast (30 GEL per person). We will be happy to come back again.

It's just great! A new, modern and very clean hotel. A chic mattress, high-quality cleaning. Towels were changed daily in the room. A wonderful, delicious breakfast. There is a capsule drinks machine on the floor. The patio is made cozy and stylish. All the next visits to Tbilisi will stop only here

A magnificent hotel, I'm not staying for the first time, clean, cozy, modern, comfortable mattress, chic rooms. Convenient location near the metro, shops and delicious Georgian cuisine nearby! I recommend it! Great four, no dressing gowns.

Lack of parking. There was no kettle, refrigerator, cups, toothbrushes, shampoo in the room. They didn't clean very well either. Looking for parking every time is not the most fun activity. The head is normal, we paid extra.

The best hotel.
1. Not expensive. You can live here for the same price as it costs to rent an apartment
2. Beautiful. The design of the hotel is made in a cool style, it's nice even just to walk along the corridors
3. The best place if you need to work is a coworking and a bar downstairs
4. There is a small hall. It's not big, but it's very cozy in its own way.
It should be understood that it is quite modern, and there are moments that not everyone likes - there is no phone in the room, there is no refrigerator.
Refrigerator - you can ask the staff to leave something in the refrigerator at the bar.
You do the checking yourself, there is complete autonomy here. Of course, they will help you if necessary.
That is, you can literally come, pay with crypt, use NFC on your phone to make a key to the number, and live :)
And there's a cool courtyard!)

I didn't like it at all!
The first disadvantage is the question to the staff.
We arrived late at night and were told to fill in the check-in on the monitor ourselves. As a result, when I filled out everything and said that we had a cache, we didn't need it. We wasted our time.
The second disadvantage is that you can only take the elevator by card. This is very inconvenient
The third disadvantage is the lack of a kettle! This is very inconvenient! As well as the lack of slippers, a bathrobe, disposable shower products and a toothbrush.
The room is clean, but everything else was wildly disliked.
