Very nice hotel,courteous staff,good food,close to many leisure facilities,shops, close to the sea and the sights of the city.We were very satisfied with the rest.

I really liked the hotel! The location is gorgeous, in the very center, if you want to walk in the old town, you want to walk in the new one. Almost everything is within walking distance. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, there is billiards, you can always play for free. The room is small, but we had enough for 3 people.
There are questions about the service, the SPA and pool did not work, and there was no curtain in the bathroom. But all the advantages cover it.
So I recommend it!

We lived for 5 days, towels were changed, there was cleaning. The plumbing is all right, the bed is good. The breakfast is decent, everything is fresh, in sufficient quantity and for every taste. The location is very good, the sea is just around the corner, the Old Town is nearby, there are plenty of cafes. It's delicious everywhere we've been. The room had windows to the courtyard, so traffic did not interfere. If the windows are facing the street, it will probably be noisy.

Great hotel, on the second line. The staff is courteous, there is no need to ask for room cleaning, everything is neatly folded, you always come to a clean, tidy room. The food is delicious, varied, homemade pastries are simply awesome.

The place is quite comfortable for Batumi, of course not the 4 stars that are in Turkey, I would give 3 with a stretch, since only breakfast and there are no standard amenities for four. The girl and I had a great time, the staff is friendly, the pool is under repair, the spa is also not working, but we have enough sea, we are young, so anyone who wants a cool bed and air conditioning will like it. I wish everyone to meet the dawn at sea, in front of the 6th rescue tower there are boards for rent, ask Yura, he will teach, help, you will not regret.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are comfortable, the area is pleasant, the sea is within walking distance. It's a great option for short trips. However, there were problems with changing the linen, only towels were changed. One elevator for 8 floors, sometimes you have to wait a long time.

Everything is terrible. Blankets are not provided, there was just a sheet. I froze terribly (( The toilet is broken, the door chips do not work, there is also a lot of noise and beeping from the road.

It's a terrible hotel, I don't recommend it to anyone. The fitness and pool ads are not correct. \all this has not been working for a year from 2021 to 2022 in July.The hotel staff allows tourists to call all sorts of crooks from the reception to the room. at the same time, they pretend to be deaf-blind. when you point it out to them . the bathroom is not in order . towel holders are falling down and the water in the toilet is continuously running and interfering with sleep . There is no sound insulation - everything that happens in the recreation of the floor and on the street. everything is audible , there is such a rumble every time . I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS HOTEL - YOU WILL GET A LOT OF NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

Choosing a hotel based on reviews, we were quite upset upon arrival, because expectations were not met.
Everything is neat, cleaned with high quality - there are no complaints.
And yet.. it doesn't pull at 4 stars: the breakfasts are simple, monotonous; there is no view from the window, the nominal balcony is just for show; we hoped at least for a view from the dining room on the top floor - and here it's a bummer, the windows are completely covered with curtains, and behind them only roofs with a local flavor; all bonuses in the form of a pool, spa, gym - closed (sorry, coronavirus - you can understand); only clean drinks will be poured in the bar (cocktails are not mixed) ...
I put 3 stars, which the hotel deserves.

There are a lot of malfunctions in the room, the bathtub and sink flow to the floor, the doors to the bathroom do not lock, and the balcony does not close at all. There is no place to dry clothes on the balcony. Rooms are cleaned at about 12-13 o'clock when you come from the beach. Inconvenient.
The staff is friendly, Russian-English speaking. The pool is closed, as is the spa. The breakfasts are not bad, but every day is the same, it gets boring

The first impression is fire! The bed is big, everything is clean, the garbage is taken out every day. But then.... for 3 days I asked for the bath to be cleaned, something turned up-tightened... And, of course, the biggest disappointment is the gym. He is only present in the photos! And in fact: there are 2 simulators (both do not work, by the way!!!). The bike and the upper block. Georgian citizens, you either remove the photos from the site, or bring them in line with reality!
P.S. But the impressions of the hotel cannot spoil the impressions of the country itself! It's wonderful there. I advise everyone.

The hotel only looks "pretentious". Rooms of average comfort. The rooms are cleaned well. The view from the window is bad. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. The breakfasts are good. In general, there are small shoals. The pool is small. There is a sauna and billiards.
