It is not profitable to take a tour with a group transfer, it is best to get to this hotel from the airport on your own and cheaper and faster from the airport by taxi for a thousand rubles and then crossed the border and a taxi from the border to the hotel 500 rubles. Although the operator has a group ticket in both directions for 6 thousand rubles. The service at the hotel is at zero level, everyone is ready to show their importance and make a remark to you, some kind of "inferiority in the souls of employees" .... The food is like in a nursery group, the portions are small, and so to your taste. The on-site bar is expensive. We had a rest in Troy, from 1.08.-7.08.24.we had an economy house. The very first one to the sea.This is a big plus. Toilet and shower are shared on the house(5 rooms) It didn't bother us. The food was good, the portions were large. There is a bar on site, but it is very expensive. Sun beds are paid. There were a lot of mosquitoes, the plates did not help. The weather was great, the sea was gorgeous and clean. And the main thing is nearby. We took excursions on the territory. In general, I liked the rest.

We rested in the Era from July 24 to August 4 with a company of 10 people, 5 adults and 5 children.

Advantages➕
- the attitude of the hotel staff towards us was good, we have nothing to say against it. Alla Ilyinichna, thank you very much for your attitude towards us! the girls in the bar are very responsive and sociable) Ahunu, too, special thanks for the variety of our rest!!!
- food: the portions are huge, the food is delicious. for breakfast there was always porridge + protein (eggs, omelet, cottage cheese), that is, everyone can choose what they like. lunch and dinner, there was always a lot of meat, this has its own huge plus, but in the end I already wanted something easier 😃food 5 out of 5, since we are not picky)) they came in time, the tables were already canned
-its own territory with greenery, it's huge, we will remember the smell of eucalyptus and lavrushka for a long time)) In the heat of the day, you could hide under the trees
-the first line, the beach is clean, a minute walk to the room, I calmly let the child go from the beach to the room
-the room suited us, air conditioning, shower, TV everything was working properly
-you can organize an excursion on the territory of the base, we booked an excursion twice (Evening Gagra and Lake Ritsa) the bus picked up and brought to the hotel gate

September, 2023. A quiet family hotel, the main sea nearby, its own beach. We are very glad that we got to this hotel. We lived in a separate house, everything was in working order. Wonderful park, well fed, no rotavirus.
The hosts have five balls. Abkhazia is a wonderful country, with an ancient history, and I think with a wonderful future.

We rest from 08/25.23. We leave on 04.09. I don't want to part with my favorite place so much! Thanks to Alla Ilyinichna and her husband for the created team and a small paradise! We rested in the 1st building on the 2nd floor. The room is standard. Floors are washed every day - a kind woman Vera, the food is varied! Everything is delicious! We will definitely come again! The sea is transparent, the place is cozy! 5 stars!!!!!!

We had a rest in July-August.A very cozy base.Nice large area,clean,gazebos where to sit in the evening.We lived in a standard cottage.The sea is 3 minutes long, you can just go swimming.Parking 100p,sun beds 100p,resort fee 150. There are umbrellas, but there are few of them, we took our own.You can rent a Sub on the beach.The food is very tasty, ordinary, homemade.There was not enough fruit and salad for dinner, they carried it with them.You eat too much for an adult.In the morning, porridge + omelets, lunch incomparable soups, salad and a second course with meat.Dinner is one course.The staff is good.The playground for children is excellent.Own cafe, disco.The prices in the cafe are not high, but the choice is small, I would like national cuisine on the menu.The room was cozy, we had a good mattress, and our friends said they felt the springs.The rooms have air conditioning, soap.Our room lacked a shelf for soap accessories.My friends had a shelf.There is a shower and toilet at the exit to the beach.
The disadvantages are non-irritating.I recommend taking a kettle, there is no kettle in the room, only a cup and two saucers.There was a refrigerator.I want to come back again.

The location is very convenient, near the sea, bus stop, shops, pharmacy. The food is very tasty, portioned, but there is enough of everything. The rooms in the two-storey building of the coffee shop are clean, there is quite a lot of space. There are a lot of all kinds of vegetation on the territory, there is a cypress, and fir trees, and plane trees, and eucalyptus trees, and palm trees and much more. The beach is not equipped, sun beds are paid, umbrellas are only along the fence, there is no rental.

A very bad hotel!!! Firstly, it is impossible to drink tea in the dining room, it 's just some trash . Secondly, we wanted to rest for 12 days, but it turned out only 6 because we were devoured by bed bugs, called the administrator came only 3 days later, we lifted the mattress, she took this bug and said that it flew across the street, but the most interesting thing is how could bedbugs fly across the street under the mattress??????Not all the money was given to the third party , even with scandals . In the fourth , some men came and started yelling at me that they were only biting me . And the most interesting thing !!! We went on vacation with friends to this hotel. We left because we were eaten by bedbugs , but they stayed . And when we left, friends wrote . That this receptionist printed out my review and showed it to all the vacationers of this hotel and told it to everyone . I'm not going to rest in this hotel, I'm all bitten and allergic . So I moved to a nice hotel and rest without bedbugs, my allergy passed and I went home happy!!!

We had a rest from the end of July to the beginning of August . One advantage of this camp is the proximity of the sea. NOW THE CONS: the food in the dining room is monotonous, there is nothing for children to eat, the prices in the cafe are just space. There is no mains voltage from this, the air conditioner does not work, or rather it works as a fan. Electricity is turned off periodically. Umbrellas and sun beds are paid. The prices in the store are more expensive than in Russia. AND the main DISADVANTAGE IS THE ROTOVIRUS. There's just a lot of him there, everyone is sick. Don't set foot there anymore. Take care of yourself and your health, especially for such money.

I'm not thrilled either! I bought a Comfort room, it is more expensive than a housekeeper and a standard, but as a result: there is no air conditioner, it worked instead of a fan! When contacting us, they gave us a second fan. Cleaning is done only on request, towels and linen have not been changed for 8 nights. The child was covered with sweating in the stuffiness. There is also no air conditioning in the dining room, because of the heat, the children did not eat there at all. The food got boring after the third day. Only the sea and the beautiful green, well-groomed territory smoothed it out.

Excellent budget vacation, comprehensive meals are beyond praise. A large green area with a playground, a football field. The cafe is inexpensive, with a mini disco in the evenings. The beach is just behind the gate, sand, then pebbles. Our children were delighted, they did not want to leave. there are shops outside the territory within walking distance.

We had a rest from September 27 to October 11.
✅️Advantages:
1. The house is generally good, there is a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator
2. The beach is literally right under your nose, you won't have to go far
3. There were 3 meals a day
4. There is Wi-Fi on the territory, but if you go to the beach and restart your phone, then for some reason the network may decide that you are in Russia and roaming will disappear 😉
❌️Cons:
1. Mattresses have not been changed for a very long time, the springs are strongly felt
2. The beach is pebbly and it's terrible, spoils the whole vacation, because it's almost impossible to go into the water without special shoes
3. Considering that it was a pioneer camp in the past, the food remained at the same level, I attach a photo
4. Dogs. It was a heartbreak for us, because there are a lot of these poor things and they are all hungry, not aggressive, all kind, BUT if you are a dog lover, I strongly recommend not going to this village. It is impossible to feed everyone, for example, we took everything that we did not finish in the dining room, and even BREAD, because they even ate it there with pleasure
5. For some reason, sun loungers, which should be included in the price of the voucher and be free, are sold for 150 rubles per day. The website states that they are included in the price, but in fact some kind of jamb, it was very frustrating
In general, we had a good rest, but most likely, we would not have purposefully gone here to rest, it would have been a backup option.

(10 days) we met normally, settled in a 2-storey building on the second floor, the room is spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea, toilet,shower, in the room, I will say right away do not turn on the air conditioner, it smells of mold, apparently the filters are not cleaned at all, you can get sick, there are no shelves in the shower to put soap and soap accessories, this is bad, everything is on the floor, the toilet is wobbly, the sink (children's) is very small, there are also no shelves, the furniture in the room is not located correctly, there are no bedside wall lamps, if you need to go at night and turn on the chandelier for three light bulbs, cleaning is practically not done, only take out the trash, in ten days they changed the bed once and the towel and everything, sanitization is not done at all, it's bad on the fifth day they got sick, there is no medic on the territory, if EVERYTHING is sick or the lid is on or you get treated yourself, the staff talks to you on "Went to the forest", in the dining room the food is monotonous if the category does not even pull to the working dining room of category 3, if a diabetic, or for religious reasons, you will be constantly hungry, sun loungers on the beach only for money is bad, the territory is good but DIRTY, cleaning only the paths, although it is considered a Protected area, but the whole village walks through it, this is bad, NOT a FOOT HERE ANYMORE, and I do not advise Everyone, rudeness is rudeness, the feeling that you are not A GUEST, and they are guests, for our money.

We have just returned from Abkhazia. The place of rest is the era hotel. The attitude of the administration is simply disgusting. Every rain our comfort room was flooded with water. I had to collect water with a T-shirt all night. We contacted the reception several times with zero response. Or they answer that you want rain after all. Please think ten times before you go there! The only food in the dining room was delicious. Thanks to the boss!

The weather in June was great.it is possible to travel by minibuses to any city, the average price per person is 150 rubles, a taxi for 3 people. It's worth the same. wooden cottages are 2-storey, inside they leave much to be desired. The concave inside is lined, as in the 80s, I immediately wanted to buy a jar of whitewash and paint the walls and ceiling. but these are not the most expensive rooms. there are also decent ones, but they are more expensive. There is a decent cafe on the territory, a lot of people who have been coming there for years. For this money, it is very normal, if not to be prejudiced.

I liked the recreation center very much, it was quiet and cozy. We lived in a separate house with amenities. The food is included, the food was modest but delicious. There is a bar on the territory, they roast a very tasty barbecue, cook pizza, reasonable prices. The sea is within walking distance, a couple of minutes and you are at sea. It is very suitable for families with children, there is a Playground. It's not a bad option for a vacation.

"yes, like in a pioneer camp," but everything is delicious and well cooked and you don't have to run yourself, you come and the table is already set, the waiters bring everything themselves, the portions are normal enough to have a hearty meal.Male chefs cook great!!! who doesn't have enough after 19, there is a local cafe on the territory and there is a barbecue and grilled vegetables whatever you want. the rooms are also normal for this price, there is air conditioning everywhere, a refrigerator, a TV, a bathroom is cleaned daily (for whom there is a bucket and a mop in the corridor) - and what else is needed.The main SEA is nearby, you exit the territory immediately to the 10m beach and the sea is clean and even better nearby than in Vietnam. The nature is picturesque, eucalyptus cypresses, pines, grapes grow everywhere, the air is the purest.The staff is very friendly. We were very satisfied, we will definitely go there again!!! Everything is edible, 2 breakfasts (for example porridge and scrambled eggs with sausage), lunch (soup, second course, kampot), dinner was at 19.00 this is the last one.
The sea is very close!!! The water is warm!! Animators came. It's a long way to the market, only by bus.
Not everyone, but there was a mouth virus, so I advise you to take medicines with you right away. Well, if not, then there's a pharmacy not far away.

The base is right on the seashore, it doesn't get any closer. The food is excellent in the on-site dining room, delicious, the portions are huge. Rooms for every budget and taste. The beach is almost empty. You can rent a bike. We visited the Era base in 2019 and were satisfied. There is no entertainment for children. The Internet catches only near the administration building.

Abkhazia -this word makes one's heart ache. Abkhazia has replaced Crimea for poor people. Era recreation center , just for a comfortable and budget vacation. 3 meals a day (of good quality), its own huge territory, the presence of cafes, sports facilities, etc. - all this provides unforgettable feelings. Accommodation is also priced. if you want comfort, it's more expensive, cheaper, less comfort. excursions in Abkhazia are provided (prices are the same everywhere).for a democratic beach holiday - that's it! If you like to travel, and so that food is not tied to one place, then choose places of rest without food. there are a lot of cafes in Abkhazia with a diverse range of dishes. many stores serve by cards.
