Everything is fine in this hotel, 12 minutes and Cleopatra beach, funicular, Calais Castle, the very center. There are shops nearby))) the service is excellent, the food is delicious (beef, chicken, nuggets, salads, soup, side dishes are all very tasty!!! there are few sweets, but they are also delicious, fruits : apples, tangerines, oranges, alcohol: wine, beer, everything is delicious!!!beautiful view of the city in the food area, on the 5th floor!!
Large room, hot water, easy cleaning every day, the staff is all polite, there is no animation and it's GREAT!!!
Mostly the hotel guests are pensioners from Germany, visitors from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkey.
The only drawback is the audibility in the rooms, everything else is perfect. If silence is important to you and you will not be able to sleep because of the pouring water, coughing behind the wall, then you are not here)))and so, one of the best city triples!!!

I liked the trip to Alanya, we lived in a 3-star Ergun hotel, a nice place, a pleasant location, near the port a beautiful place we go and in the evening a beautiful view, 10 minutes to the sea and Cleopatra beach, stunning views from the hotel terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, the view is excellent, you can see the sea and mountains and lights in the evening, a breeze, a wonderful selection of dishes ,the Turks are trying, very grateful, right 5+, value for money, above expectations)))

Good location, city center, quite noisy. 15 minutes walk to Cleopatra Beach and 8 minutes to the promenade. There is nowhere to park the car. The rooms are small and very small. On the upper floor there is an indoor and outdoor part of the restaurant. The restaurant is the advantage of this hotel. The food is good and tasty. The elevator breaks down periodically. The staff is very polite.

I spent a wonderful 10 days at this hotel. There was one. There was no discomfort or any inconvenience at all. The staff is helpful. The waiters are friendly. They even asked me what to bring and what I would drink. The room was cleaned every day. No tips. The hotel is very clean. There were very few Russians in the hotel, me and a couple of families with children. I walked around the city everywhere, alone. And believe me, it's like home. The residents of the city are very friendly. I went to listen to music at the tower in the evening, walked by the port. And she went to the sea, to Cleopatra beach. And during the day, of course. In general, very fond memories of wonderful vacations and hotels. I would have come 100%. The location is excellent, there are many shops nearby. Cleopatra beach is a bit far, about more than a kilometer. But there is a beach at the tower, and also at the port. There is a choice. Of course, the view on the hotel's veranda, whether at night or during the day, is simply amazing.

If you want to find yourself in the very center of Alanya, this hotel is quite suitable for this. And the view from the restaurant, which is located on the roof of this hotel, will not leave anyone indifferent. The food is excellent, the meat is in a different form every day! Fish once a week. The staff is not fluent in Russian, but very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain with the fortress of Calais, from it the same distance to Cleopatra beach (go right) and to the municipal beach (go left), where sun beds and umbrellas are free, and the entrance to the sea is gentle, for children it's the best. So if you're with the kids, the beach next to the port is yours. Of course, there were also disadvantages, the location itself is noisy, the sound insulation in the rooms is poor, hard beds and very, well, very tired bed linen, smoking vacationers on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant, Internet and air conditioning in the room are paid, but everything is real, you can pay and use them without problems. For me, there were still much more advantages, of course, the food, the location (everything is nearby!), excellent water pressure (there is no hot water in the morning, but it is everywhere), room cleaning, staff.

A simple but good hotel. They are cleaned every day. The food is simple, but everything is OK. The location is great. Cleopatra is 15 minutes away, and the port is 5 minutes away. There is a bus station nearby from which you can go to Dimchai, to the fortress, to the mountain to the picnic area - where the inscription is Alanya.

Terrible hotel, fell for the positive calls. They were probably written by deaf people.
The hotel is cardboard. The doors are old, with a round handle. To lock it, you need to slam it. That's how everyone clapped all night for 5 days in a row. Every day we were like zombies, we didn't get enough sleep, because every time we shuddered from such a clap in the night. If you open the door to the balcony, then all the hotel noise goes into the background. The noise of the city streets with beeping, sirens and prayers at 6 a.m. comes to the fore. Here you need to choose what makes it more pleasant for you to wake up. And it's better to choose another hotel and not spoil your vacation.
Food for 3.
Of the advantages, there are 2 beaches nearby. One is sandy, a little dirty, there are no waves on it. The second of the tiny stones (2 photos) And a beautiful view of the terrace on the 5th floor (1 photo)

For its price, this is a great option. High-quality food. Good location. The staff is trying and working perfectly! The employees do not speak Russian. English or a translator to help. The building and rooms are not new, but the renovation is normal and clean. During our stay, the old refrigerators in the rooms were replaced with new ones. We had a rest at the end of October. The water was hot in the morning and until 15.00. Then it was slightly warm. This was probably the only negative thing. In terms of price-quality ratio, this is a good option

We stayed at this hotel in late June-early July 2023. The choice for Ergun fell due to its excellent location. Nearby there are many shops and various attractions: if you walk in a straight line in one direction, you can walk to Cleopatra Beach. There is a funicular within the beach and Damlatash cave is located right there. On the other side of the hotel is the Red Tower (Kizil Kule) with its observation deck. On the third there is a clothing market, a park with cats and a second beach, the road to which takes about 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace.
We spoke to the hotel staff in English, because no one knew anything in Russian, but we had no problems: they always helped with various issues and were very polite.
Everything was fine in the room: the air conditioning worked perfectly, there was a minibar with a small refrigerator, the beds were comfortable, the bed linen was changed every 3 days, the room was cleaned every day. The bathroom is spacious enough, there is a hairdryer.
Having read in other reviews about noise insulation, we were preparing for the worst, but in the end, even with access to a noisy street, we fell asleep absolutely normally (double-glazed windows contained noise very well).
In terms of food, we did not go hungry, but there was a little lack of meat (chicken was served 3 or 4 times in 9 days, the rest of the time they served mostly nuggets). Periodically there was fish (for some it may be a little too salty). Watermelon and oranges were given from fruits. For the rest: there were always different salads with dressing, side dishes like pasta and rice, soups, different types of cheeses, sausages, sauces, and other dressings. Every day, something was grilled (vegetables, bread, fish). Desserts are quite simple, but delicious (different variations of puddings and cookies). The eating area itself is divided into closed and open sections (from here there were beautiful views of the city as a whole).
Among the drinks there was a cooler with water, a vending machine with coffee, tea and various "jupi". It is worth noting that you can also take soda glasses for free, like cola / fanta / sprite, but you need to ask the staff about it (there is no free access).
Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby is free, but slow and catches only at the bottom. Paid Wi-Fi per person per day cost $ 3 (euros) per person, caught throughout the hotel and even from the street.
Considering that this is, after all, a 3-star hotel, we liked everything in general: a calm atmosphere, no loud music, no animation, an excellent location near the beach and a bunch of attractions.

City hotel . The location is good, in the center. The numbers are not killed. All hotels are located in the center of the old building. On the ground floor there is a lobby bar, paid,reception. On the fifth floor there is a dining room with access to the roof, a beautiful view of the city and the sea. All inclusive system from 10 to 22 drinks(but not all) . There is also a rooftop bar and a small pool with sun loungers. Meals for 3, you will not stay hungry deliciously.

The doors are made of cardboard. You can talk to your neighbors. The same not tasty food for all 14 days. Hot water is not always available, only when the sun is shining.
Conflicted staff who cannot calm the scandalous tourists. Charges for condos, a safe and Wi-Fi. There is no free WiFi, or rather it does not work. I had to pay for all services even for the days when I did not live in a hotel, but were in another city, which is not quite adequate. The hotel is on my blacklist and I don't recommend it to you.

I give five stars only for the attitude of the staff, they are very polite, kind guys.
And so an old room, meager breakfasts, plus that there is its own Parking, the center of Alanya, it takes 20 minutes to walk from Cleopatra beach.
Initially, they took the cheapest ticket, no matter which hotel, because they lived in an apartment with relatives.

The hotel sucks

A very angry inadequate cleaning woman on the 4th floor. She didn't want to give us a pillow and change towels after 3 days, as they said: "they say, it's still clean, that you're giving it to me " constantly yelled at us, although we asked for 1 blanket.
You will be covered with tablecloths. Don't wait for duvet covers
Inadequate staff at the restaurant, especially Osman or whatever his name is, and a chubby guy. They don't really do anything, just keep track of what you took and how much. And God forbid I took tea not during breakfast .
The Internet is typically free, it does not ship at all
Breakfast and all inclusive are not worth it. Don't waste your money
Of the advantages, only a beautiful view on the balcony and that's it.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2021. A good hotel, corresponds to its 3 stars.The hotel has no territory. There is a tiny pool on the roof. The main thing of the hotel is its location to the beaches. There are beautiful streets nearby where you could walk in the evenings. The food was normal, they did not stay hungry.The staff is attentive, they responded to all requests from the first request. We returned from the hotel yesterday. The location is great, cleaned every day. Breakfast, well, you probably won't stay hungry: cereals, cheese, Italian sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, some greens, boiled eggs. The same sausage, eggs and vegetables are made from hot. In general, you can find something. What surprised me, everything is for a fee: Internet, air conditioning and even coffee for breakfast. The room is normal, clean. However, our refrigerator did not work, and the hair dryer, when I decided to use it once, broke down, the power button and some springs flew off, and miraculously I was not shocked by the current. The hotel, of course, like any city hotel, is not for sitting in a room and is well worth the money. Ah! It was also surprising that the sheets intended for a blanket were half the size of this very blanket, but these are small things. Location, price and cleanliness are the main advantages of this hotel

The tour was 20 days at this hotel. The hotel itself is not bad, but the Turks who work there are just disgusting, everything was great the first week, but when they found out that I would be resting for two more weeks, they began to behave rudely, they naturally did not speak Russian, they tried to tell me something in broken English when I came to the bar. The alcohol there is so low-quality that it simply does not get drunk, the bartender sees that I drink cocktails and go sober, alcohol is included in the price of the ticket from 10 a.m. to 22 p.m. As a result, they just stopped pouring for me later, referring to the fact that I drink a lot, I don't get drunk and it's not profitable for them to keep me))) As soon as new guests of the girl came to the hotel, these bar machos immediately stuck to them begging for Instagrams, so annoying that the girls simply left the restaurant. The food there was so-so, especially when Russians came, Belarusians and Ukrainians were fed disgusting, people went to McDonald's, and when Germans, Serbs and other tourists from the European Union came, the cuisine was more or less normal. In general, there is absolutely nothing to do in this hotel for more than a week, the Turks begin to behave brazenly, ask when you leave, throw cocktails almost in your face for which you will come to the bar, and looking into your eyes they will snort at each other in their Churibek and grin.
