I ordered a sauna. Everything is fine, but the pool is very cold, just icy. I couldn't even get into it-my legs are cramping from the cold. To my request to preheat the pool in advance, the staff of the department replied that they had not heated it for a year. But in vain. I think there would be more customers. A very cozy hotel, located in the pedestrian zone of the center of Vitebsk. Attentive staff. There is parking, but it is not very conveniently located. I didn't like the food in the restaurant: it was expensive, the menu was so-so, and most importantly, tasteless. Although there are many cafes near the hotel - they feed you, you can lick your fingers.
