This is a budget accommodation and should only be seen as such.
Positives: 1) It's located in the Old Town; 2) Nice staff; 3) The 1BR apartment has a huge terrace; 4) Good mattress - nothing fancy but I had no back pain.
Negatives: 1) It's really no-frills and basic, crumbling in parts, although I was told they have a fully renovated larger apartment - it's also significantly more expensive; 2) The shower had very little pressure and no curtain, resulting in a lot of water on the floor; 3) Everything is old and worn out.
Overall, I was happy with the bed and the terrace which provided sufficient privacy and had a good view on the rooftops of the Old Town. There are two mosques nearby so you will hear them loud and clear early in the morning and throughout the day.
A good hotel in the old town, everything is nearby, shops, Antalya Market, tram, everything is comfortable and within walking distance.
According to the hotel itself:
Small, in an old building - just like everything around. The staff is friendly, there is a Russian-speaking cleaner who will be happy to help.
Of the advantages: The room is clean (we lived for 3 days, there was no daily cleaning), the location is excellent,; the price; free air conditioning that you can not turn off when leaving, so that the small room does not overheat;
the room was on the ground floor 203 (maybe there is a basement?🤔), WiFi by numbers, inside the repair is normal, everything is in the tile, but somehow it is not finished.
The TV surprised LG with an Internet connection and a standard diagonal, like 32. There was soap and toilet paper in the room. The refrigerator helped out right. There is a kettle, cutlery, cups and plates at a minimum.
Cons: The room has a kitchen area, but without a stove and microwave, only a sink and a countertop... The hot water stopped from 22-00 to 23-00, which was not warned, most likely from how the residents quickly emptied the barrels on the roof...
The air conditioner is aimed directly at the bed..
I recommend the hotel, there were no downsides. We lived for 3 days, mostly spent the night. A decent city hotel in an old infrastructure.
A magical place, in the very center of Antalya in "Kaleichi". Stunning views of the city, tiled roofs. There are many attractions nearby - Mosques, an Orthodox church in 5 minutes. The magnificent beach of Mermerli with the purest water. The staff is very helpful, I felt very comfortable. I didn't want to leave this wonderful place. In the evening, all the narrow streets are illuminated, security is 100%. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
