We stayed at this hotel in March 2024. The hotel is big and chic. The service is good enough. Meals - breakfast. Very tasty cuisine. The room was cleaned daily.
The hotel has been in need of updating rooms for a long time, very old repairs and furniture. They don't speak much English, it's not easy to order food in the room, but it's cheaper and tastier than going to a restaurant on floor A, for example, which is just a nightmare. The prices on the menu are increased by themselves, they bring dishes like a compliment and then include them in the bill.
There is also a terrible hammam (separate m/w/ and cold) and they will force you to buy a hat for 80 lira in the pool. In short, it's a rip-off. We didn't take the food included, maybe we don't know anything.
Eser is perhaps the largest in this area of the city, but it is very outdated and dilapidated. For work, I have to travel here four years in a row twice a year. The food is not varied, the hotel has a SPA area. And a fitness room that were new 15 years ago. The worst thing here is WiFi.
The hotel itself is not bad. What spoiled the impression was that the pool was not working and no one warned about it, and it was still very cold to swim in the sea. The room was given at check-in with a very strong smell of cigarettes, we refused to check in, it was replaced. The furniture is old and stained. The blanket and bed linen also need to be replaced. The breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous.
We stayed at this hotel in April.Clean, cleaning, food in the restaurant, polite and friendly staff, especially the pool and sauna-thank you for your hospitality!!!))
The hotel is not bad, but the taxi is deceived when calling from the hotel, one driver arrives after 500 meters, the other sits down and begins to unwind Turkey did not like it at all

Some kind of hat is full. There are so many disadvantages that there is not even a desire to write a review. I don't recommend it at all. It's not 5 stars, it's 3 stars
