Quite a convenient location, close to shops , within walking distance of Mega, clean, comfortable The only drawback is that if the windows overlook Kabanbai Batyr Street, it's a little noisy

I don't know how it is in winter, it's not bad in summer.The location is very good.There is a Botanical garden nearby, the EXPO is not far away, and so is Bayterek.

We rented a 2-room apartment in this residential complex, on the 18th floor. The wind is blowing, the curtains are already out the window, but the views are gorgeous from the windows!
