What is good and what is bad for them?
Let's start with the positives:
1. Nothing!
Now about the disadvantages:
1. Their customer service, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired. They really need to change something if they want to keep customers.
2. All operations, even the simplest ones, are performed through the ticket system. It is so uncomfortable that it feels like you have opened a ticket and are waiting for an answer until old age.
3. Unqualified employees work in technical support. Even if they know their business well, communicating with them causes the feeling that you are talking to indifferent people. Not all of them, of course. There is one girl whom it is better not to run into anyone — she is very rude and is set up for conflict.
4. They begin to respond to requests only after you start calling, writing and "making noise" everywhere. Prior to this, the employees do not show any activity. It seems that the company does not have enough staff and resources to cope with a large amount of work.
I have been their client for more than a year and a half. To date, I have recommended them to more than 10 organizations — they have purchased servers, hosting and domains from them. It's a pity that I have to be disappointed!
The Eskiz company left a terrible impression. Their services are extremely unprofessional, deadlines are not met, and the quality leaves much to be desired. It is impossible to contact their support team, they ignore customer problems. Complete lack of responsibility and respect for customers. I recommend avoiding cooperation with this company in order to avoid disappointment and loss of money.
