I do not recommend this place. We were brought here with a tour of New Athos. And the impression of the institution was not very good at once. Firstly, there are not enough places to sit down to eat, you need to occupy and stand in line with a huge order. Paying only in cash is not convenient. Moreover, they could not give the change for a long time. We ordered okroshka, Abkhazian khachapuri and lemonade. Okroshka costs 300 rubles - but in terms of quality it is really expensive for her. Khachapuri is generally a complete tin, at a price of 400 rubles, and there is simply no cheese in it. It's just some kind of incomprehensible flatbread. I'll attach a photo. I also ordered for a price lower than khachapuri in good places, where they really brought delicious khachapuri. They have a separate toilet in the back, dirty.I do not recommend this institution.
We had lunch in this cafe, it was very crowded but delicious, we also ordered a second portion of kebabs on the way, as they were probably the most delicious throughout Abkhazia. The goulash just melts in your mouth. When we left, we thanked the staff for a delicious lunch. After a vacation in Abkhazia, it was remembered that they cook very tasty here and are ready to visit this place again.
I was "lucky" to have lunch at this eatery on 07/15/2023. as part of an excursion to New Athos. It was stated by the guide as a wonderful place, in fact, just as always, contractual relations.... Everyone was in a hurry, standing in line, choosing what to eat, at the same time looking for where to sit down, because the institution is not adapted for accepting large groups, and there were 20 of us.
Since it was lunchtime and the tour lasted 10 hours, I had to choose what to eat. I chose okroshka, achma and feijoa juice. I searched for okroshka ingredients in kefir for a long time, but I didn't find any cheese in the achma except for the stuck dough....and the feijoa compote turned out to be tinted green goo (see photo)After lunch, having rolled up my trousers to my knees, I visited the local toilet (see photo) belonging to the institution and set off with a feeling of annoyance and disappointment. It is definitely not recommended to visit! The two tourists we talked to the next day had all the signs of poisoning...
If you want to try the most terrible barbecue in the world - welcome 😁 for the first time in my life I ate sausage-flavored meat, excessively overcooked, dry and it is unclear from whom. And it's definitely warmed up, not straight from the campfire. Lyulya is also questionable. The most tolerable thing was the Abkhazian khachapur, fresh and cheesy, the only thing they know how to cook there.
But it's better not to come in here)
The establishment is on a stake, below the baseboard. We stopped by with an excursion, it is clear that everything is fed and agreed. But you can't stoop to that. This applies both to companies offering excursions and to the institution. The composition of the order could change on the "eyes". And not just me. Instead of the ordered buckwheat with goulash, get potatoes. Only after insistently asking, the side dish was replaced. It is worth mentioning about the portion separately, it is even 100g, it does not pull, and I had to look for meat in goulash in a super meager plate. The price of water from the refrigerator also changed, first one is voiced on the calculation of the other. The highlight on the cake is of course the toilet. This one isn't exactly anti-sanitation, it's a kick-ass. The station toilets are much better than this one. Definitely avoid this institution.
It's a disgusting place. We came with an excursion and our guide highly recommended this place. As a result: we stood in a huge queue and since our time was limited, we had to eat as quickly as possible.. Pilaf with chicken is just some kind of rice porridge, the salad "Vinaigrette" does not even look like a normal salad. Terribly rude people work there. We were asked not to smoke near the place where our children eat - we were just sent to three letters)
I'm not talking about the toilet at all.. It smells like it's never been cleaned
I don't advise anyone to go to this place, only if you want to run into evil people and pay a lot of money for terrible food) The impressions were very, very bad!!!
We stopped by for lunch with a tour group. The choice of dishes is small, but there is a lot to choose from. They took kharcho, hominy, khachapuri. Everything is very tasty and fresh. The cafe is clean, fast service. The prices are quite reasonable.
The cafe that the guide suggested to us was not bad. I was very disappointed. There are no fries. The kebab is like a rubber, overcooked. No one from the family ate chicken kebab at all. And the portion of mashed potatoes is so small that you can't feed the baby. It's just a shame. This is the first time I've seen this. Also, when you are sitting at a table, a cat may jump on you, demanding food. He doesn't just sit next to me and look at me with his kitty eyes, but he can bite me. In general, I do not recommend it. Such places are kept purely due to the agreement between the cafe and the guides.
This is not a cafe. This is a canteen, and even of the worst quality. The whole business is based on catching up with tourists from excursions for a kickback to a travel agency, raising prices and saving on products and staff. Hominy is tasteless from the word at all. Borscht is not salty at all, and salt shakers on tables with clogged holes - it's not so easy to salt it yourself!
Just a full bottom, but on the establishment. For some reason it appears on the maps as a "cafe", although it does not even reach the level of a canteen. The prices are above average, the food is disgusting. They managed to ruin even an ordinary borscht. 2 queues - one to order, the other to receive. The third queue to the toilet is outside, 20 people... And I suspect that I was very lucky that I didn't stand in it...
A very good cafe! Inside there is air conditioning, TV, pleasant atmosphere. And there is even soap!))
Delicious vegetarian borscht (which is very surprising) and khachapuri. You can have a delicious breakfast in the morning. At lunchtime and after lunch, crowds of people from excursions, it is better not to go. They work until late at night. They do not charge % for the service.
Everything is terrible, absolutely everything from the service to the food. There is not even cheese in khachapuri, just a "cheese product" mixed into the dough. Hominy is also terrible, frozen and tasteless like semolina in the school cafeteria. Everything is terrible and, as usually happens, they were brought only because of the agreement of the guide and the administrator of the caef, since there are about 50 people
A huge queue. At the entrance, they shove the menu And chase group after group. The hall is small .I took a cabbage salad as a silo for rabbits. It is not filled with anything. The rubber kebab is filled with so many spices that it involuntarily suggests the freshness of the meat. Tasteless, expensive and unsafe. Many of our group were completely uncomfortable the next day. I do not recommend it. It was July 15, 2023.
Like many people , they were invited here as part of an excursion group . We took kharcho , pea soup , hominy and lemonades mandarin and feijoa . The soup was eaten . Mamalaga couldn 't , it doesn 't taste good at all ! Terrible poisoning in the evening. I didn't have lunch anywhere else that day. I do not recommend it .
The food is delicious. I did not like that instead of one glass of wine they gave two, respectively, and money for two, and it is called homemade, although all the wine that I tried before in Abkhazia was really very tasty, homemade, but here it was as if they diluted it with alcohol
For your money, very small portions. In other places, the solyanka costs 130, here 300. Only cash is accepted for payment. Collective farm in general, you definitely won't come a second time.
A warm place, good cuisine. The service is fast. Excellent homemade wine. There are flowers and grapes on the outdoor veranda. A calm environment, no loud music. There is a closed room where you can eat in cold weather. You can enjoy the silence in peace . Nice prices. I recommend you to visit.
A good place where it is tasty, satisfying, relatively inexpensive, clean and has Wi-Fi.
We found everything that passing tourists need here. The whole company is happy and thanks the staff. If we come again, we will definitely return to this cafe.
I celebrated the New Year 2023 here. Rooms for 4, technically for 3 (the toilet is not bolted down, the outlet for the hot water boiler is located directly in the shower (accidentally turned the watering can and you will get an electric shock!)). Food for 4.
The staff is friendly, but the cafe is focused on tour groups, so the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. Lyulya kebab definitely do not take, some fried cutlets are very far from lyulya kebab
It sucks. There are not even basic things: toilet paper, curtains, the TV does not work, the toilet door does not close. For some reason, the front door has glass - you sleep, a light bulb shines in your eye. The kitchen is like a homeless shelter: there is rotten food in the refrigerator, the dishes are all dirty, the evolution of microbes has begun in the dish sponges. Be, in short
We've been there as a family a couple of times. I really liked the good-natured and smiling staff of the cafe. By the way, there is a good view of the sea from above. And most importantly, it's VERY TASTY!!!
The quality of the products leaves much to be desired....the prices are too high for such a cafe...the bathroom is alone on the street, dirty, a cat walks around the cafe, which rushes at visitors...
The choice is small , maybe it 's not the season , we were at the end of April. The kebab was straight dry , promised delicious . The price tag is not small.
It's not a bad cafe for this area. In Russia, I didn't give any 4 stars for the review, but considering the rest of the establishments, it's a little better. The toilet is outside, you can't pay with a card.
Monotonous dishes, only semi-finished products (pancakes, cheesecakes instead of cottage cheese), very small portions, especially meat dishes and kebabs. Unfriendly waitresses
Our first and only time was unsuccessful. We were given a ride for lunch during the tour. Two more buses followed us, and as a result, there was a terrible pandemonium, people occupied the already occupied tables, waiting for us to leave. We took a cake and tangerine juice. The juice is ordinary, the cake turned out to be not tasty at all, as if it was stale - dry and hard.
A terrible hotel and a terrible attitude towards guests is not a cheap hotel for a moment. I do not recommend it, it will spoil both the rest and the mood!
A very good forge, everything is fresh, the portions are large, the prices are average. Friendly hosts. I really liked it. Be careful in Abkhazia, traffic cops are waiting for you to make a mistake and catch you from under the tishka. Only they marred our rest. But otherwise I liked it, the nature is gorgeous.
It is expensive, the portions are small, there is no variety, many people are mostly brought from excursions by agreement with a guide. It was impossible to pay with a card.
We stopped by with an excursion at lunchtime, I probably haven't seen a worse kitchen. Chicken pilaf is a rice porridge with half a boiled chicken wing, pilaf with meat is also practically meat-free, pea soup is similar to vegetarian. Coffee on the sand is so-so.. But the bread is quite edible.
