I have been going to Estet Studio for manicures and pedicures for many years now. There is no studio on Yankovsky Street, and I am still a client of the studio. I was at the Academy of Sciences, and in the Minsk world and in the Petrovschina. I always recorded according to the principle of convenience in time and did not choose a specific master. I've never had any complaints, but only a positive impression. Unfortunately, I now understand that you should also pay attention to the master. Vera's new master had the last pedicure and manicure in Petrovshchina. The master made a strange shape on his hands, each nail is different. It was painful during the pedicure, the master almost cut his heel with a smart milling cutter. When processing toenails, it is unclear why the corners were cut, as a result, a week after the pedicure, there was a feeling that one of the nails began to grow in.

I've been to another branch 2 times and was thrilled. After yesterday's situation, I decided not to set foot here anymore. I went for a pedicure, decided to try a manicure (Japanese). The record was for a branch where I had not been before (Petrovshchina). I hesitated, couldn't find the entrance (there's also a podology center nearby in the same building, and I went there initially). In the end, I figured out that I was in the wrong place and found the right door, but I was late. There is an appointment at 17.00, and at 17.11 I already talked with the administrator at the reception. At 11 minutes, she said that they would not be able to do a Japanese manicure, because it takes an hour, and at 18.00 a new client, undoubtedly, cannot be late. If all clients do this, the studio will not be able to work properly. I think we should consider each case separately. In my case, it would be appropriate to see that this is my first time with them, + I myself said that I came to the wrong place initially. In my understanding, this is what customer orientation is all about. I didn't arrive for 15-20-30 minutes later. Why doesn't the master leave a gap in front of the next client for 5-10 minutes? The client can come with different difficulties for the work, the master can also take longer in a particular case. + Master Dina herself came out and said with a displeased face that I was late. I would never wear it even for a part of the procedure. And yet, I wanted to get a manicure for my birthday. Today I have it just, of course, at 17.10 it is not so easy to find a manicure in the city and I decided to celebrate the holiday as it is.
