There are no questions about the spa!Everything is fine, everything is at a fairly normal level, service, tea, sources for procedures, everything is ok.
In the beauty field, it's a complete disappointment, and not for the first time!I swore off going there two years ago, I don't remember why anymore, it doesn't matter..
My son gave me a spa certificate for 23,000, but for health reasons I didn't go and signed up for a haircut and styling.She arrived at 9 a.m., left at 3 p.m..The toning was done, then they decided to paint the roots and make a tinting, these procedures were not initially discussed!I asked for the lightest and widest possible strands...
Instead of highlighting, I got dirty gray hair, to my question, what is it??they said everything would be OK, after a couple of shampooing!!
To my indignation, they transferred me to another master, she tried to wash off the color, but to no avail!We got a haircut, the admin rolled out a check for me at the checkout, plus another 12,400, in total, all the "beauty" came out to me at 35,400 tons!Nominally??
In short, I paid, emotionally, but when I came home and looked at everything else, I was just shocked!
I called the salon and said, refund my surcharge, which I listened to, it's a separate shock!!As a result, 9000 rubles were returned to me with a creak, no apologies, no regrets were expressed...
I will NEVER go to this salon again, even for free, and I will not advise ANYONE to go there!!
