Don't ever get involved!!!
The company I work for periodically tries to order certificates or magazines from the Standard, and each time it is extremely unsuccessful.
Everything is done carelessly, "Atyrau-style": we send layouts for reworking 5-6 times, the print quality (geometry and axes) is disgusting. they always push expensive materials instead of acceptable budget ones.

They asked to arrange the menu, they said that they could drive up, when they arrived nothing was ready. They said they would do it quickly now, but I waited half an hour.
