So-so customer orientation.
I called in the middle of the week, asked when I could come for a suspension inspection. They replied that any day from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., including Saturday, on a first-come, first-served basis. I arrived on Saturday at 9:00, in fact, the service station opened only at 9:40. When I was asked to inspect the suspension, I was told that today they work only by appointment. I said that I had been told other information on the phone. Then the master agreed to the inspection, but said that it costs 10 rubles and that it is impossible to pay after the repair. When asked if it was possible to pay with a card, they said that "no, it's not possible today." As a result, he turned around and left, and wasted an hour and a half of time on the way back and forth.
A normal and inexpensive service, for similar work in others they said 1.5- 2 times more expensive!
The guys did everything well and agreed on spare parts)
