The intercom stopped working, contacted the dispatcher, made a request, was informed that the dispatcher would come during the day, calling in 30 minutes, a weekday working day, asked if it was possible to make an application for the weekend or in the evening, he heard that the salaries were not so high to work like that, well and there is a lot of verbal flooding, and in general it is normal that customer service takes place only during business hours, but as a favor there is a function in the evening, but only after two weeks. The dispatcher behaves very unprofessionally, they do not work for the client, the attitude is boorish.
