1) the hotel is new - and made for a blunder. It's better not to look too closely.
2) there is no basketball or football field: only one tennis court, no playing area with equipment; no darts, bocce.
3) the food in the restaurant is so-so, you won't leave hungry, but the choice is not super big
4) swimming pool with slides for children without heating. How it was designed is not clear. There is only one warm pool ( and it was not super heated ) .
5) There is no rest room.
6) the music of 75% of the repertoire sucks.
7) tennis rackets and balls for money.
8) the board is laid crookedly on the pier, the legs are damaged
Conclusion : it does not reach the premium , the price is too high . For the same money, cullinan will be preferable .

A wonderful hotel!
The service is at the highest level (we need to improve the operation of the houseeping a little).
The cuisine is excellent, varied and very tasty. The waiters at the restaurant and on the beach are attentive and always wonder if we need anything else. There are exciting shows every night. There is also a cool children's area that children will enjoy. Another big plus is that it is close enough to the airport, just a 30—minute drive away.
Of the cons: for several days we were not filled with shower gel, soap and shampoo, the request and the tip of the maid did not help, we had to demand through an assistant. I hope this will be fixed.

The Ethno Hotel is a real gem among the luxury resorts of Belek. We were delighted with the level of service, comfort and attention to detail.

I'm a big fan of delicious food, and Ethno is generally very satisfying to me. Of course, I can't say that everything that the "Swede" cooks is fire, however, with the right combination of the initial ingredients, it is quite possible to assemble an extremely decent dish for yourself.

I visited the Ethno Hotel in early November! The weather was very warm and the water was also comfortable for swimming . The hotel is new and clean, the territory is well maintained. The staff is very good. We arrived early in the morning, but unfortunately no one met us, took our passports and sent us to the main restaurant for breakfast. The room was given closer to lunch . The breakfasts are very good, there is everything from red fish to freshly squeezed juices. We did not like the room and the next day we were changed. There are many pastry shops , coffee shops on the territory , chic Shado tea of different varieties is brewed . Lunch is great and dinners are just all rich ( 7 types of fish ) meat of 5 types . The food in the hotel is very decent. There is alcohol both locally and in Italy . Washes and widow Clicquot pour in the afternoon at the reception , but you have to make it - there are a lot of people who want to . The beach is big, but good places should be occupied from 7 a.m. And if on the pier , then even earlier . There was a heated pool and those who had rooms with a pool were all heated. The room cleaning is good. Many people compare it to a voyage and a cook . My opinion is better than a Voyage worse than a Culinan . But after opening in March, they promise to improve it a lot. We will look at what they will improve next year. I recommend going on a reconnaissance trip to look at the hotel while the prices are normal, then it will be twice as expensive.

While we were looking at the menu, snacks were brought to us, but we didn't find anything tasty for ourselves on the menu itself. The kitchen was not for us. And we decided to leave right away. Both the waiters and the cooks began to ask us what happened. We explained it to them. The interest on the part of the restaurant staff shows concern for the customer.
All the service is on the level. All the staff is happy to see you and serve you. There is good and expensive alcohol included in the price, they make delicious cocktails. There is a 24-hour serviced restaurant.
On the downside, in our room, the shower ladder could not cope with full water pressure.

Baking is a separate art form, I haven't tried it - but it looked amazing. There is a large selection of fruits, but I personally did not have enough strawberries, and the watermelon and melon were tasteless. Otherwise, kiwis, pears, apples, bananas, figs and plums are very tasty, grapes, pineapple, oranges, grapefruit, etc.
6. Deck chairs are just a bomb, so comfortable, brand new, but ... heavy)))

They are trying very hard to do everything possible to make people feel comfortable

5. And finally, the biggest disadvantage is the sound insulation in the rooms. It's just a disaster🙉🤦♀️ The first couple of days we were lucky - there were no neighbors and we only heard doors slamming loudly in the corridors. Then hell broke loose. Every night we jumped up from the crying of a child behind the wall and talking as if in our ear🤦♀️ And every morning we were woken up by someone else's alarm clock at 6 a.m.😭
The audibility is such that it's terrible. The feeling that the neighbors live in the same room with you. We've never had this before.

The menu changes every day. I was pleased. After such hotels, of course, the lower category of hotels can be disheartening.. What should I do? 😄 This hotel has a personal service for arrivals and departures. These are: a separate check-in desk "Selection", a personal meeting and departure by car. The Pegas tour operator personally takes you to the PUNTO store - furs, leather, etc., (by the way, there are a lot of interesting things there.. lynx.. etc. Prices are falling heavily. We bought something there) then to Belek in the shopping center. (but.. for 1 hour, they give the driver, or 120 dollars back by taxi themselves- you need to know! Prices in the shopping center are high, the taxi is blocky. Pegas makes excursions, the prices are 250-300 dollars for 2 of them on average. You can pay with a ruble card. The Ethno belek Hotel. New. It opened in June 2024. There are pros and cons.
1. Food - the main restaurant where the buffet is served is good. A large area, many tables, delicious and varied food, fresh juices and smoothies for breakfast. One of the unusual ones is the grill, where you can choose any fish (4-5 options), and they will fry it in front of you. The excellent staff of the restaurant is polite and smiling. On a weekend evening, the restaurant is clearly crowded - the staff does not have time to clean up.
Another unusual thing is that there is a 24-hour restaurant (included in the price), where you can eat according to the menu. We haven't tried it, but as a matter of fact, it's cool.
2. Beach: the sea is wonderful (August), the beach itself is sand, leveled and cleaned every day, the sun beds are comfortable with mattresses, but heavy - with shade, respectively, you need to adjust. There are a lot of sun beds and at a fairly long distance, the umbrellas are large. My first subjective disadvantage is that the entrance to the sea is quite flat, but there are about 1-2 meters of large and small pebbles. The exit is the pier! It is good, there is a shower, a bar, changing rooms, soft sun beds, umbrellas are rolling. But, of course, there are not many sunbeds, so people take it in the morning.
3. Accommodation. Here is a complete disappointment. We chose the family suite sea view. Description - two rooms, in the photo - two rooms (one with a large bed, the other with two single beds), in both photos either a window or the light on the bed falling from the window. In fact, the rooms are located one after the other, i.e. a children's room without windows and a walk-through. About the sea view - this is not it! The maximum, as it can be called, is a partial view of the sea, because half of this view is blocked by the building. In general, I am attaching a photo. And there is no way to change this view, because these rooms are located in a row in one wing of the building at the lobby level. Well, the fattest minus is that you can hear the neighbors from all sides as if they were in your room, and these are not violent neighbors - just an ordinary conversation in the next room in an average tone of voice. If the voice is a little louder than usual, or the children are playing board games, then that's it... you are a full-fledged participant in the life of the neighbors. For the sake of fairness, I note that we talked to the residents of the standards in the other wing of the building - there are no such problems, they do not hear the neighbors.
4. The territory is compact, with shade from trees, of course, not yet - palm trees have just been planted, so it's good that it takes no more than 5 minutes to walk from the building to the beach.
5. There are several pools on the territory, my son liked them. The depth is 140 cm. There is a paddling pool for kids. They promise that all pools will be heated in the autumn-winter period.
6. Slides and a complex with slides for kids is cool. My son appreciated it.
7. Show: a huge professional-level stage has been built (in size, as at VDNH) with modern equipment. The show: professional dancers, beautiful costumes, a video sequence for the entire backdrop of the stage. Well, as it were, I didn't expect more from the show in Turkish hotels.
Conclusion: in general, I liked the hotel, but it's a pity there were no reviews and a normal description of the room in our category (an obvious flaw in the hotel), otherwise we would have chosen two standards and there would have been no problems. Although, for this price, you can find many other options.

Among the disadvantages: there is no service, the water in the outdoor pool is cold, the hotel is very dirty, the assistants are very slow and do not work well, the staff is not very friendly, language skills suffer, I'm not talking about Russian, more than half do not understand English! The waiters are not working well! The general restaurant is very poor in food, worse than Rixos, (who knows that this is a hotel problem) The room is terribly dirty! The kids club is soooo dirty and has few staff!!! And everything in the room is falling apart, the sockets are screwed with screws, the door to the toilet is constantly jammed with a lock, the sound insulation is terrible between the rooms, although you can't hear any extraneous noise from the street, good double-glazed windows! Cracked glass partitions all over the hotel! It seems like the hotel is brand new, but everything is already falling apart! This is a new hotel that opened in June 2024. It is adjacent to Voyage and Max Royal. Very stylish interior, service and staff are so attentive, considerate and there are a lot of them. Food is a separate kind of pleasure here, especially meat, while there are a lot of fish and sea reptiles. Of the Ala-carte restaurants, I would like to mention the Latin American one with a program and amazing Chilean perch (52 euros).
Everything is perfect in this hotel-food, staff, activity, beach, spacious room, stylish photogenic interior-everything is as from the picture, good alcohol, delicious Belgian chocolate, fresh seafood, cool water park. The hotel has exceeded all expectations
The hotel does not reach the level it claims to be. The service is good everywhere, the guys are trying, there are questions about cleaning. There is enough food, it is delicious and varied. The hotel's atmosphere is beautiful, modern, and pleasant. But animation is a complete disappointment, it just doesn't exist during the day, and in the evening, if you're lucky with the program, it's generally uninteresting and boring. I would like to mention the spa procedures separately, I am outraged by the price, I understand that it is the master's business, but I decided to mark this moment, 3 massages should have cost me 900€ (90 min each/400€/250€/250€/). And if I agree to all three, they will make a discount.

There were mixed impressions about the hotel. I will describe everything in detail, as there is something to compare it with. The hotel itself is very beautiful, Instagram picture. But if you're waiting for a green area, I'll tell you right away it's not there. The food is average, monotonous all 6 days the same thing. Something is unsalted, something is too salty, but here it is for an amateur. The pools are icy, unfortunately no one told us about it, of all the pools there is not one more or less warm, even the children's water park and that cold one did not even go for a ride on the slides once. The entrance to the sea is rocky, in places sand, you have to walk and look for a more or less place so that you can hold the child in your arms to swim at least in the sea, it is warm.
Upon arrival, there is a welcome bonus of champagne and something else, but not for us. We arrived early, thank you for checking us into a reserve room and giving us a rest. But when I asked the assistant about the welcome champagne, she said that they didn't have one, I thought maybe not for all room categories, but it turned out that for everyone, just not for us, for me this is not a serious attitude towards my guests, even though I didn't need this champagne, it's just not pleasant.
There are a lot of sun beds, soft, comfortable, take as many towels as you want. On the rods, you can order food by the quarter code, but it does not work. Waiters are not always on the beach, or so we came across. The animation was 2 times in 6 days, we went to one, we didn't even go to 2, we didn't like it. And the hotel has its own chocolate factory, the chocolate is delicious, there are many cafes and bars. The ice cream is very tasty.
The rooms are spacious, beautiful, the hair dryer is not convenient, you always need to hold the button to blow, there are no hangers for towels, only for bathrobes. The rooms are not cleaned very well, but garbage and towels are collected several times a day.
We were lucky and visited all the free Ala maps, liked Italian and Mediterranean. Delicious.
We are not picky honestly, but about Turkey, I always have the impression that you are going to visit where everyone is happy, smiling, greeting you, as if you came to visit relatives, but not in this hotel. 80% of the staff just don't care that you are, that you are not, it's very sad.
There are still minor flaws, but I will not even write and everything is clear, we will not come to this hotel anymore, it simply is not ours. Do you want to drink and take nice pictures? Yes, everything else is past.
I will add that when I read the reviews, I thought well, that there might not like the new hotel, everything is beautiful, people find fault, but there are shortcomings and the hotel clearly does not reach the money that you pay for it.
Ethno is very good, gorgeous sun beds on the beach , swimming pools , water park , 10 out of 10 meals, kids club too , animation , meditation on the water and much more. The biggest disadvantage is the noise insulation of the rooms. That's exactly what needs to be done!

The hotel refused me early check-in at 10:00, instead of 14:00 with a special, hyperactive, sick child (a certificate of disability was attached and offered). I very politely and delicately asked to check us in, since it was a hard and night road, a boy with a behavior disorder and they allegedly negotiated for a long time, they said within an hour we would write to the chat as soon as your room was ready and our room was ready only by 14:00. 4 hours after a day without sleep, we wandered around the hotel was waiting for the supposedly prepared room, of which there are a lot of available ones. Because I can distinguish a newly cleaned room and a washed floor from one that has been standing for a long time with minor dust on the surfaces. I do not know a single hotel in the world and a person who would not go to meet the mother of a disabled child, even if not a wheelchair user.
But my friend with 4-year-old twins, husband and son were settled and told their category is two-room ready. It is strange, the hotel is 3 months old and it is not fully inhabited, it can be seen.
I am a very empathetic person to people and always say, but if no one spends time on reviews, then no one will know anything, therefore:
1. The hotel definitely needs to work out the season, train, hire Russian-speaking staff in bars and the beach to receive guests of a comfort level and higher. The hotel is filled with Russians, they don't understand anything in the bar, in the Italian restaurant I brought 3 portions of mashed potatoes, 3 portions of fries to the children, I mixed everything up. Yes, just because I didn't understand. Well, it's nothing.The food is great.

A good vacation in a good hotel starts with how you are greeted. Snacks and soft drinks are standard for 5* hotels. You are immediately invited to sit down and relax while the registration is underway. The Ethno Hotel has a different standard-an empty reception. Not a soul. No guests are welcome!
When you do manage to get into your room, a surprise will be waiting for you there, for example, the current ceiling. As it turns out later, the ceiling is leaking all over the hotel-in the halls, in the restaurant, in the bar, buckets and rags everywhere. But the scariest thing is that the ceiling is not only leaking, but also collapsing! It can just fall on you at any moment! It's in that new hotel! The hotel administration is aware, but all they do is throw up their hands and send new workers with buckets.
I will keep silent about the cold pools, which are declared heated. I'm more concerned about how a hotel that has been so praised in reviews and reviews can fall apart after six months of opening? Apparently they invested more money in advertising, rather than in high-quality construction)
Conclusion: the hotel is disgusting, the vacation is ruined, the family flew in to celebrate the New Year, and now we're just afraid for our lives!
We just returned from the Ethno Hotel yesterday. There are advantages - it's delicious food. That's where the advantages end. There is mold on the walls in the rooms. Mold also goes all over the hotel, you walk along the shops - mold everywhere. The sockets in the rooms either do not work or are turned out with bare wires. The bathroom door wouldn't close because it was bigger than the passage itself. Assistants, as they are called, do not solve problems at all. Free a la carte restaurants, as they are called, are difficult to book, they say there are no places and sell restorations for an additional cost. The staff needs to be kicked and called to be served! My child and I couldn't even bring water for breakfast for 15 minutes. The staff is completely unmotivated, they say that the attitude towards them is harsh on the part of the management, therefore they do not want to serve. The staff turnover is huge, which is why there is such a lack of coordination in the restaurant. The hotel is also not interested in the service in any way. Questions in messengers may simply not be answered. In general, who counts on the luxury hotel declared - it's not here for sure! It is very inferior to its neighboring hotels! I do not recommend it! The hotel is definitely not refundable
Objectively, there are pros and cons.
+ - children's room. An opinion based on the experience of children - they were ready not to leave the ethno at all - you can drive a car, play firemen, ambulance, make up, etc. One of the best rooms in general (comparison with Max, Regnum, Kulinan, etc.)
The food is close to the top - better than in Kulinan, much better than Calista and Selectum, slightly worse than in Regnum and Max... it looks like Gloria

The lack of greenery and shade (this is a disease of the new hotel, but it does not seem to be solved here - they planted a few palm trees, which even when growing up will not give the necessary shade at + 40.
The hotel is understaffed by staff - there are a lot of them, but everything is somehow stupid, no introductory tour upon arrival - the concierge service is working normally, then you wait an hour for an answer to an elementary request, there are a lot of waiters in a beach restaurant or beach bar, but they may not pay attention to you at all.
Bad umbrellas that do not cover from the sun, while sun beds with large mattresses, but they are so heavy that you cannot move them to be in the shade of an umbrella.
Pier, the bar on which for some reason does not work in the evening, and you can't sit there during the day - there is no canopy
It's boring in the evening - only one of the beach areas with a show is open, but places there should be occupied at 9 p.m. at the beginning of its active work at 10.30 (shows in the main hall are standard for any five - there is nothing to do there. Moreover, the main amphitheater is either unfinished, or someone made a big mistake with the idea - you have to sit on concrete steps
The main pool is divided into two parts for some reason (they wanted to make a cascade, probably) and you need to go up the steps from one part to another! Due to the fact that both separated pools turned out to be quite small, and there is no special shade - the temperature in the pools is closer to 13-00 degrees 30 + - they do not carry any cooling in themselves
Poor Internet connection, which is generally unacceptable for a top hotel. The signal by the pool is very weak or not at all, it often hangs in the rooms.
As a conclusion, the hotel is not bad, but it falls very far short of the top and the price you have to pay for it!
The service is at 4, most of the waiters are lazy, they won't approach you again until you get up or ask for it, The food in the winter concept is very small, you won't stay hungry, but you won't get much pleasure either, you can choose more or less a la carte dishes in the restaurant, the rooms are naturally new but the whole line runs somewhere in the wall, it's unbearable to sleep in the rain, everything is gurgling somewhere in the wall, it looks like you're sleeping in a river, There was no beach at all in December, you can't even go to the water, everything is covered with construction debris with sand, bricks, stones. The pools that should be heated are cold, about 22-23 degrees, even in the indoor indoor pool the water is very cold, you can not buy. Of course, we don't work at all. Drinks are occasionally brought diluted, instead of a good gin, they can pour local vodka and say that they poured the gin, or bring cognac diluted with water, which is also the norm, no one has been taught how to make cocktails.
I don't recommend anyone going there on vacation, don't waste your time and money, it's only in the photos, but in Delhi there are leaks on every floor, water is pouring from the ceilings, construction work is underway, it's dusty and dirty. We just wasted our money and time before the New Year.

Cleaning is terrible, I was especially stunned by how the cleaning lady flew into the room without knocking, although there was a "do not disturb" sign on the door, saw me, and just as quickly flew out of the room, slamming the door.
Meal. I didn't understand the admiring reviews at all, bullshit. I was most surprised by the meat, which is a national product of the Turks, and they serve over-dried tired kebabs. And the shrimps - overcooked, bland, I started to eat one - I spat it out. The wife, because of her upbringing, still ate her shrimp. One. And, of course, she did not continue. Mussels are rubber, with shell fragments inside.
Cocktails - everything is fine in two restaurants, but there were 4 exceptional cases in beach bars:
- mojito was made from sprite;
- bloody Mary was made with 1/3 lemon juice, 2/3 tomato juice. That's it!)

So)), well, the cost of the tour is like a premium hotel! But! The service is the usual 5 stars. Two assistants are in touch in the whats app, but they solve your questions at will. Of the negative mompets: Have you ever seen sunbeds on the beach in a similar hotel cost 60€? Sun beds. And here it was explained by a private zone, there are no notes about it on the beach and either they will bill you, or go to the free zone with sleeping small children in your arms. Towels are collected on the beach, but they do not have time, at 11 o'clock all the sun beds on the beach are occupied! Have tea in the room? Pour boiling water from the coffee maker. How is that even possible? I don't want to drink such yellow water with coffee sediment!! For the second remark, they only brought us a kettle! We checked into the room after 10 a.m., arrived at 8. And tadam - there is a black hair on the bed, just not ours, the assistants ignored this message, zero attention! There are no ice boxes on the beach, the pools are not heated. We chose and paid extra for a room with a sea view, but no one warned us that we would fall asleep to music! The windows are not open, but with the balcony closed, the audibility is excellent.
The kids' club is big, there are many different activities for children. The food is delicious and varied.

The children's animation is good, one star for it and the second for the service on the beach, in the restaurant: they cook delicious, but without frills, room cleaning is also flawed, then they forget to bring water, then napkins, but of course the most negative impression is left by personal managers, we had Tohid and Fidan. But let's hope that everything will be fine with them.

Flights: I advise you to fly only by Aeroflot. Regular flights are not postponed, they are served on arrival, and not like charters - you sit on the plane and wait for the bus. The service is also appropriate: the flight attendants work throughout the flight, and not as in a Turkish charter, they were quickly fed and disappeared, although there were still 2.5 hours left to fly.
Transfer: I am very pleased with the individual transfer, we met right in the hall, took the luggage, presented flowers, quickly, without stopping anywhere, brought to the hotel
On the way back, I do not recommend a VIP lounge, a huge queue, a small room, nowhere really to sit.
Hotel reception: a female assistant met in the lobby, took the passports and processed everything within 10 minutes. My wishes for a room on the lowest possible floor and with access to the sea were taken into account.
The hotel room is beautiful and spacious. The room is divided into three zones: a bedroom, a dressing room with a safe, hangers and drawers, the bathroom area consists of separate rooms: a toilet and a shower room, plus a huge dressing table and a washbasin. A spacious balcony with a table and wicker furniture.
The hotel is made in an "eco-friendly" and ethno style. The furniture is wooden, woven, stone, all very pleasant tones, without visual noise.
I would also like to mention the toiletries designed for the hotel: soaps, shampoos, conditioners, toiletries, bathrobes. Everything is of good quality and maintains an eco-friendly style.
There is tea in the room, no capsule press, small bar.
The hotel is big, there are a lot of tourists, but everywhere there are some nooks and crannies to relax, drink drinks, and feel like only your family is in the hotel.
Assistants: upon arrival at the hotel, two female assistants are assigned to you. You can't ask for or order anything yourself, you do everything through them. The girls speak Russian. Contact them via a shared WhatsApp chat. It was very difficult to sign us up for a restaurant. I waited three days. Janet's evening assistant didn't need to be adjusted, and Melissa's morning assistant had to be adjusted and reminded.
Restaurants: there are many of them. There are paid and free ones (3+3).
Shared restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the 1st floor. Despite the huge number of tourists, even during rush hour, you can always find a place. The waiters are polite and quite efficient. The choice of food is varied, you can always find something that suits your taste. healthy food, Turkish, Italian, Asian, seafood (Turks don't know how to cook them), sweet, fruit and vegetable tables.
Of the free restaurants, there were in all three: Asian and Italian and Nomos 24/7. Quite decent. In Asian, tune in to small portions. Italian is impeccable. I advise you to have lunch in Nomos 24/7 when you get tired of the communal restaurant. I advise you to double-check your order at nomos, the waiters speak Russian, but as a result, they may either forget to bring something, or your family is eating, and you're still waiting for your order. For some reason, all the plates are removed when everyone has eaten. In general, in my opinion, in such hotels you do not need to go to specialized restaurants, the Turks lose here.
The territory is small, but comfortably equipped, I am green, they keep me in order.
Pools: there are many of them, children's, adult with a bar. There is a swimming pool in Santorini for adults without children. For those who want silence. Admission is free, the sunbed is 50 euros or dollars. Cool DJs are invited there. I highly recommend it.
Water park for adults and children. I didn't understand his schedule, but he was always open in the morning. Delight and pleasure for the child.
Beach : you need to take a sunbed in advance, and then go for breakfast. Impeccable service, responsive waiters will bring everything your heart desires. It is very convenient that you take towels directly on the piano, you do not need to go or carry them with you. The sea is warm. The only drawback is that they did not know how to remove stones from the entrance to the sea, so all the children swim in special slippers that are sold in hotel stores.
I highly recommend 2 bars on the beach for drinks and a quick snack.
Kids' club: upon arrival, you need to join the WhatsApp chat, they publish every hour what is currently in the club. It is convenient that, being in the club, the child can eat, they have their own restaurant. There are a lot of activities in the club: A Lego room, a PlayStation, various workshops (as in the city of professions), a trampoline, a playground. The club is the most suitable place for children under 12 years of age.
SPA center and gym. I strongly advise you to visit the sauna, steam room, salt room, and then go to the relaxation center in the cold pool and sun beds.
I would especially like to mention the Felix chocolate factory and Ava confectionery. Here you can take handmade cakes or chocolates (every day is different, cocoa beans from all the chocolate pestles of the planet) and drink coffee in your room on the terrace.
There are table tennis tables for children and adults on the ground floor. That's where there's always a rush and a queue.
Shops: on the ground floor there is a clothing store, a jewelry store, a children's store (aka cream, lighters, everything you need), a florist and a hairdresser. The prices are in euros, high.
I forgot to take my Panama hats, it's impossible to buy them in stores.
The walls between the rooms are made of drywall, so the audibility is enormous ! I can hear the neighbors talking! A New Year's Banquet for which they gave 200 euros per person on top would not be recommended to anyone (for 1 out of 5 ) by any organization ! It's cold in the pools! The glass on the balconies is breaking from the thunder ! On the day of departure, the cleaning came at 10 a.m. and while we were having breakfast, she moved our things and started preparing the room for the next arrival!
