I buy perfume all the time, I really like it. But the staff is not always friendly and sometimes there are consultants who are not disposed to sell, perhaps fatigue from the number of people.

10/20/2022 I bought the perfume "Empress", which I have been using for 5 years. What was my disappointment the next day. The smell was completely different. Yes, there was an L1 code on the bottle, but the smell was new and old (I still had leftovers) was very different. 10/21/2022 I went to the store, they gave me a sniff of the "Empress" from the stand, she had the right smell, but definitely not the one that was sold to me. I drew the seller's attention to the fact that I was sold a perfume on 08.2021 issue and manufacturer's code 4812347007729, and they give me a sniff on 06.2022 issue and manufacturer 4812347016639. Perhaps because of this, the smells are very different. I understand that the sellers may not be to blame, they are not aware of the supplies, but to assure that the smells are identical when even outside buyers determine that it is a different perfume.
Before you wrap up your purchase, check several times what you chose and what they give you.
Terrible service, incompetent and boorish sellers. There is no customer orientation and interest of the seller, it seemed that we were being postponed. The service is a nightmare. The saleswoman talks as if someone came to her house or owed her something, she is not interested in selling perfume at all. She hurried with the choice when they decided on the perfume, packed everything very quickly, as if she wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. I wouldn't buy here, but it was already evening and I didn't want to go anywhere else. Pay attention to the work of your employees, their appearance and this level of service discourage all desire to buy anything. Although we don't set foot in this point anymore!!
