I have not seen such a "service". A week ago, I was handed an unmarked piece of paper. Just the name of the company. I liked the smell, but it didn't go away after a week. I came purposefully to them. On the island, a young sales girl was slowly eating food from McDonald's... I have nothing against it, but I could wait and take a walk rather than see such a picture at the workplace where there are perfumes. I came over and explained the situation, that they gave me a sample, I want to find out and buy this fragrance. To which I received a sharp question: when?! She replied that it was at the beginning of the week. What I got right away: I can't help you! She was surprised and asked: But aren't you ahead of the scent? At least approximately. Reluctantly, she took the probe: it didn't smell! And she threw it at me... any evidence that there was a smell didn't convince her. This is not a service, it is its complete absence. Both the behavior itself and the view from the outside. If you want customers, either put numbers on pieces of paper, or select sellers.

We came to buy something new for the winter. The sales girl (without a badge, short with dark hair) was very annoyed by our arrival, because her friend was standing next to her, with whom they were clearly going to go "for a smoke break". After describing our specific wishes, she did not recommend anything at all, pointing out that all the blotters are on the counter, they say, listen to everything in a row, at least listen! She looked like we came to her house and asked for something beyond fiction. I think it's not worth saying that the desire to buy something has disappeared and we have gone to competitors.

But she felt extremely annoyed, behaved discourteously, one might say rudely, with everyone who addressed her and whom she served, tirelessly just corrected the blotters every second (how dare we destroy her layout). She does not know what a heart note is, the upper and lower notes are also missing. It's just citrus, sweet, fresh. All. Yes, more. She broke through all three purchases in one amount without breaking down by product units, which is a violation.
