The tour left a disappointment: 7-8 hours on the bus proved to be a difficult ordeal. Upon arrival in Uzbekistan, instead of the normal conditions in the toilets, I had to wash in unsuitable places. The food left much to be desired, and the hotels were only available at night — I had to set up a real marathon. I'm sorry for the emotions, but this approach to organization is a complete failure.
Our experience with this travel agency turned out to be terrible and a complete disappointment. We were promised comfortable accommodation, interesting excursions and professional support, but the reality turned out to be completely different. The hotel we were settled in was in terrible condition, without basic amenities (disposable soap, shampoo, slippers). There were spiders in the room. The food in the restaurant is a separate story: the dishes were absolutely tasteless, and left much to be desired.
But the most unpleasant thing is the guides. Instead of the promised professionals, we were accompanied by some teenagers who seemed to be on vacation themselves and had no idea what to do. There was no sense of organization: half of the planned excursions were simply canceled. Upon arrival back to Uzbekistan, after passing the border, they did not even bother to provide transport, as was said. All the tourists left Chernyayevka on their own!!!!! As a result, we were left with the feeling that we had just been robbed of money, and nothing more. I absolutely do not recommend this travel agency if you do not want to spoil your vacation and throw money away!
