We were at the institution on November 2nd in the morning. The service wishes the best (drinks, cheesecakes and strudel were ordered. Regarding the food, we were warned that the wait would be around 20 minutes. Well, that's fine with us. The drinks were brought quickly, but not without jambs: a cup was not served to the teapot with tea. We waited for food for 40 minutes. As a result, the girl just forgot about the food! It was only when she was reminded of this that she served desserts and then, after another 10-15 minutes. Additionally, I ordered another Americano. So they just forgot to make it too. And the coffee machine turned on too only after the coffee reminder.
I would have understood if we were in a busy time, but there was no one else in the cafe besides us. When they came to remind her, the girl just sat hidden behind the bar, even scared by the appearance of people.
Additionally, the impression was spoiled by the presence of dust, cobwebs on the chandeliers, the tables were dirty, not cleaned. The desserts in the window are not fresh. Strudel is not bad if you don't wait for it for an hour.

One employee does not have time to physically serve everyone, because of this, all the tables in the coffee shop are dirty, he brings coffee on the spot after 30 minutes of waiting and in disposable dishes, and also throws the order on the table with tension. The first impression is pleasant, fresh renovation, beautiful decorations for Valentine's Day. But the positive emotions didn't last long...
dirty tables, and that's it. Due to the dim lighting, they did not notice at first and smeared the sleeves.
Actually, we came to the gastrofest, the waitress warned that the dessert would be replaced, since it was over. But that wasn't the worst part. Waiting for 41 minutes and the result: sour cold coffee, two tasteless tiramisu and a spoiled mood. In general, we are going to eat shawarma in a proven place)

We came together during the coffee gastrofest. Unfortunately, there were no desserts left for us, but the barista offered delicious cheesecakes from the showcase. We were thrilled, the best cheesecake I've tasted. The service is excellent, all baristas are very pleasant and friendly. I really like this place with a unique atmosphere. Thanks!

The first time I waited for a cappuccino to take away was 15 minutes, despite the fact that none of the waiters were busy with any work... I don't know what reasons there were to make coffee for so long.. after 10 minutes of waiting, my order was asked again.
the second time I had a sandwich made at zero landing for 20 minutes, the price and quality are not exactly the same. There are One or Two nearby, where the sandwiches are much better.
They did not bring napkins for this sandwich.
The third time they brought me a pie and a spoon... I'm not a fan of eating desserts with a spoon, but it's almost impossible for her to eat a pie. In the absence of napkins, my pie was empty except for my mouth.
Some desserts were frozen.
The fourth time I was offered to make a raf with milk, because I ran out of cream…
The final time, purposefully going to this place, at 8.04 I was standing under a closed coffee shop. The waiter came at 8.05, it took her some time to prepare the space for making coffee, but in my opinion coffee at 8 can be obtained exclusively in Exupery.
One star for the interior and location.
