I usually really like this pizza, the menu, the service. But on my last trip to Etopitsa on Kirov, something went wrong. Firstly, we were in a hurry and ordered only milkshakes and also specifically specified how long they would be made. We were assured that it would be fast, just a couple of minutes. But it turned out that for them a couple of minutes is as much as 20 minutes! When the girl finally came out with our cocktails, it turns out that she got them mixed up and poured them into the glass. And we ordered takeaway. And they waited again. Unpleasant. Well, secondly, milkshakes are clearly not their thing. Plain milk with sugar. It's very tasteless. That's how I got disappointed in this cafe.

Pizza, rolls and other products except French fries fell in quality 3 years ago!!!
The guys are believers, though. But they do not understand what they are selling and what they are doing. Moreover, couriers who confuse orders, communicate vulgarly and generally do not keep track of what they are carrying and in what form they are.
I used to be a regular customer of this Pizza. Then when the quality dropped. I stopped ordering. Then the additives are not enough. Then they will bring the raw pizza without tearing it off the box! Then the roll will be with carbon. Because the guys don't clean the stoves!!!
After a long time, I decided to place an order again. And you know what??? The courier mixed up the order. I gave my pizza to another person (40cm). And he brought me a small one. And he said, like, I'm sorry. You can't eat today because the kitchen is closed))))))) 🤣
This terrible feeling for my former favorite pizzeria leaves me no choice to yell at everyone. Who is careless about everything!!!...... Bottom line: there is no food at home. There is no pizza. The stomach is empty, the object is simple.
The new manager did not offer to solve the issue in a normal way. She disowned me in the evening. The type of customers are tired of. And apparently she went to rest. Milan (old manager) At least I solved the issues! And offered to make amends!!!!...... The verdict is that there are 1000% hyped reviews here.
Excuse me..... It's boiling over. If you don't believe me!!!! Screenshots of burnt rolls for you in the studio... Unfortunately, the rest of the photos have been lost. And unfortunately, you can't convey the attitude of employees towards the client either.
