I was in the summer of 2021. The place is just full
(Fiasco only in Russian) . The service is not just zero , but minus one . It flows from the ceiling during the rain. Beach(full of diapers) . A place for eating, a dining room with a queue per kilometer. There is simply nothing for children . I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was there for 21 days when we left , I was happy .

Furniture from the late 60s. The rooms are damp and stink. For lunch, what's left of breakfast. (And for dinner - from lunch). Wi-Fi is free, but on the street and closer to the administrative building.

Very bad,the junior suite room smells terrible,the territory is very dirty,the beach is very dirty,there is constantly garbage in the water,the food is disgusting, instead of butter spread (margarine),potatoes and rice are always half-cooked, cutlets are unclear from what,flies are all around,there is always a queue for food,the wish of the boarding house to hire a janitor and bring order on the territory, about packs of dogs without comments at all, prices are not cheap for such conditions.

4 hours from Adler airport. It is unreasonably expensive for housing and food. There is no work in the holiday home with tourists. The excursions are so-so.
The attitude of the staff and locals towards tourists is excellent. Prices in shops and cafes are minimal.

A funny case when we wanted to go to the springs. The cows and the bull came to our room, dad stroked them and drove them away, but the bull fought. 🐂

The service is DISGUSTING!!! After visiting the boarding house, we did not see any Abkhazian hospitality, nor any respectful attitude towards vacationers. Constant shouting, remarks and announcements of fines! (photo attached). There is no cleaning in the rooms. It is necessary to approach the administrator several times. The furniture and all appliances are in bad condition. On the pool, which was declared free, there is an advertisement for 200 rubles per visit (photo attached).WE WILL NOT FLY TO ABKHAZIA ANYMORE! And we don't recommend it to everyone! 30 years have passed since the war, ruins, empty houses and only Abkhazians are all around. The tourism industry is unlikely to develop qualitatively here.

We are currently staying at the Eucalyptus Grove boarding house. There is a junior suite in the old building. Two rooms with a sofa and a TV, a refrigerator. The bathroom in the room is combined with a shower and toilet. There are no foreign odors in the room. The Wi-Fi is excellent. They gave out a towel of 6 pieces, a piece of soap, toilet paper, that's all. Not like in hotels in Russia, plus gels, shampoos, dental supplies, a hair dryer, we take all this from home. There are no glasses, water, kettle, safe in the room. There are mosquito nets on the windows, and there are no mosquitoes in our room. You can hear the sound of the sea from the window! On the large well-groomed territory of the boarding house there are benches, gazebos and a fountain throughout the territory the smell is not ordinary eucalyptus. We have a bench outside the room with a view of the sea, where you relax. It is 100m to the sea, the pebble beach is private and well-maintained with sun loungers. Entering the sea on a large pebble, so be careful. It is already deep at a distance of 4 meters from the shore. You can walk along the embankment and enjoy the sea. The food is very tasty at home 3 times a day, all the products are from the garden, as they say. Porridges, soups, tomatoes and cucumbers, side dishes, chicken and beef meat, cutlets, sour cream, feijoa jam, jelly, compote, tea, pastries are very tasty, they bake themselves, there are no fruits. In general, you will not stay hungry. Even my child has found something to eat (pretentious to food). There is also a shop and a pharmacy on site. Not far from the boarding house, 1 kilometer away, there is a mud clinic with swimming pools, As my daughter said, a water park in nature. The entrance is 200 rubles. Excursions need to be booked by yourself. I recommend the Eucalyptus Grove Boarding House to those who want to improve their health, the cleanest sea, healing air, healthy food. Attention!!!:If you need discos, top-notch service, entertainment programs and so on, you are not here.

The first time I was in this place was 10 years ago.we rested this year at the end of July for 10 days. Of course, all the advantages are only to nature, the sea, and eucalyptus trees + the source! We lived in a standard room, TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, double bed. Regarding the beach and the territory, the number of trash cans is minimal. The food is decent , but a little monotonous. Thanks to the girls! And so of course - for health - this is PARADISE!!!!!

We stayed at this boarding house in September for five nights. The Soviet Union has remained here.
There is no special attention and courtesy to the guests here.
A rusty, creaking children's carousel, once powered by an engine. The asphalt paths of the Brezhnev era are all full of holes. The food is a canteen, the food is acceptable, not varied, tolerable, in a word. The room stock is something with something. Nobody really tries to clean up there. There's dust in the corners. The garbage is cleaned once every three days, and it's not worth talking about changing the bed linen. We lived in a junior suite - a sofa, gnawed edges of furniture, an old TV with 5 channels. I am attaching a photo.
There are metal pins sticking out everywhere on the territory.
In recent days, there have been power outages at all, first they turned off for 2 hours, and then they were gone for about a day.
Positive: 1) The fragrance of eucalyptus trees. He's just amazing. I will never forget him.
2) Location. The boarding house is located right on the shore, you can hear the sea in the room.
3) A mini zoo on the street.
Conclusion: this vacation is not worth the money. It's too expensive. We would like to update the room stock, arrange meals, and arrange recreation areas. There would be an endless stream of tourists coming here.
If there are no special requirements for accommodation facilities, then it is worth coming here for clean sea and air.
The prices are so high because there is simply nowhere else to stay in this village, unless private owners.

They were very harshly poisoned by fish from the kitchen in October 2021. Pangasius is generally prohibited in developed countries, but here they feed for a sweet soul. We paid for a day and a whole day near the toilet - this is such a service in a Eucalyptus grove.

To tell you the truth, except for the sea with pebbles and eucalyptus, there is nothing good there, do not spend money, it's just terrible if you went to Turkey, you will understand that we were 6 nights for 70,000 rubles, money was wasted no matter when we went there. The heat from their feed has worsened, you don't know what buckwheat, chicken, mocorones, tea are fried on, there are no greens.

It's a disgusting place. The rooms are dirty and broken, there are also a lot of insects in the room (mosquitoes, spiders, centipedes, scorpions), the bathroom is in a disgusting condition, it stinks of dampness and mold. The food does not please with variety + the grandmothers are inadequate, pushing and aggressive.

A good place to stay for people 50+. Excellent sea in 2 steps, eucalyptus trees on the territory, lots of greenery, peace and quiet. This is really for those who want to really take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent food, everything is very tasty and with a soul. A kilometer from the pension there are thermal springs, you can walk, or you can drive. People come there from all over the country. There are three pools, mud, massage hot jets in an open natural bowl. We recommend relaxing in the "Eucalyptus grove".

It's a silent horror! The rooms are in terrible condition with old furniture that is about to fall apart. The dining room is disgustingly monotonous with food. The rooms are cleaned once every 4 days upon request. There is dirt and ruin everywhere. Take the garbage outside, it lies there until the old zilok arrives and collects it. The beach is dirty, there are no sunbeds at all.

CAREFUL, SCAMMERS! We were going to relax in this boarding house in June 2021, with a company of 8 people. We bought tours from different tour operators and at different times.A month and a half in advance, a month in advance and 3 weeks in advance. Rooms were booked in different categories (suites and junior suites in the new building and suites in the old building). 5 days before arrival, tour operators called everyone with the news that the boarding house canceled reservations for selected room categories, offering only standards in the old building. I called the administration of the boarding house in an attempt to clarify the situation. And she was sent to such and such a mother. And two days before arrival, the boarding house canceled our reservation altogether. Overbooking, the tour operators explained. Dear administration of the boarding house, you took advantage of the situation with the closure of the borders, resold the rooms in your boarding house several times! Either greed, or not the ability to work with a large influx of tourists. But the desire to relax in your beautiful country has been repulsed forever. It is necessary to put in order the room stock, which does not meet any standards (especially Suites). In our 'Suite', the plumbing was never fixed, and we were flooded with the whole vacation. To put things in order in the dining room (when the remaining compote is diluted with tap water in the second half of lunch, at least do it not openly). Maids and technicians should be available to everyone, rather than having to search for them for 2-3 days. We were in Abkhazia in 4 boarding houses, but we did not meet such quality. One plus is the air. We do not recommend staying in this boarding house to anyone!
