1. Air 2. Clean sea 3. Good food 4. Nearby thermal springs 5. Good logistics + excursions 6. On-site shop, cafe, pharmacy, medical center, swimming pool. Cons: were in
205 junior suite of the New building - the room is very dark, you can't read it during the day without a chandelier turned on, the balcony overlooks the alley, it's very humid - the linen does not dry for days; it smells
like sewage, there are frequent blockages in the shower, drawers without handles, the shower mount is broken, the baseboards are not fixed, the door with a crack. I don't feel like a junior suite. The beach is very narrow, it is cleaned only after a storm, large pebbles, the entrance to the sea is steep, even in slippers it is inconvenient. The territory is large, not well maintained. What else: the rooms are cleaned regularly upon request, the administrator responds to any request. Special thanks to the canteen staff - everything is delicious and enough. Additional baubles: Wi-Fi (works even on the beach), TV reception of at least 8 Russian programs. An additional disadvantage is that there are few sun beds on the beach, sun beds (high) are paid, they could make them free + umbrellas

The sea, eucalyptus trees, good krpus!!!The seashore is not cleaned. The territory of the boarding house is not cleaned. The rooms have never been cleaned. It is necessary to ask in advance and sit and wait.. The asphalt tracks are very old. The canteen cooks normally, the chefs try to feed, but the menu is mainly chicken and fish, which not everyone eats.
In the dining room, the tablecloths of the transfer table downstairs are dirty, they have never been changed. It would be better to remove them altogether or make them shorter. Pensioners are satisfied with the prices, 5800 rubles for a room for two. Therefore, we will drive!

Nature is magnificent, the fragrance of eucalyptus is impossible to convey in words. The buffet was without frills, but no one remained hungry. For breakfast there are two types of porridge, casserole or omelet, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam, eggs, sausages, tea. For lunch, there are two types of soup, two types of meat, two types of side dishes (pasta, potatoes, buckwheat, rice), two types of vegetable salads, stewed vegetables, compote, only apples from fruits. For dinner, a side dish, a meat dish, salads, tea, pastries, as a rule, they ate what was left from lunch. The beach is very large, but it is not equipped at all. After the storm, the sea threw up sticks, trees and other debris. The suffocating caught everything themselves, they contacted the administration several times to remove the garbage from the shore, but they were removed only in the evening. The room has not been cleaned once in a week. If you are going to admire nature, then this is the place for you.

We really liked it there. Silence, cleanliness, few people, home cooking, friendly staff, the opportunity to travel around unfamiliar Abkhazia. This smell of the sea and eucalyptus trees, after the bustle of the city, is a small miracle!

A great place by the sea. But the kitchen is a kick-ass. Everything seems to be fresh. But on the 4th day I wanted to eat in cafes nearby. The new building is wonderful. There is an indoor swimming pool. There is a cafe nearby. I advise you to eat there. I recommend. Moreover, there is something nearby for which we came. These are hot springs.

I'm absolutely thrilled. "Eucalyptus grove" is located in the Achimchir district of Abkhazia. The sea is clean, warm, the houses have everything for living, a buffet table, the food is delicious, eat as much as you want, the nature is beautiful, there is a healing spring nearby. I liked everything, had a great rest with my grandson. I recommend it!

There is nothing good here except the sea and nature. We lived in a suite. God, this is one of the scariest rooms I've ever lived in. It stinks terribly of sewage. Pillows are one stray lump of holofiber. There are only 2 hooks in the toilet. There is not even a regular toothbrush cup. They haven't cleaned a damn thing in 11 days. We bought toilet paper ourselves because we couldn't find the elusive cleaners to ask for it. The canteen, from the smell at the entrance, and the dirty customers on the tables to the long queues, is a complete horror. The food for day 2 just doesn't fit. In the district, because there is no special competition, local prices have been raised. Get to Sukhumi (25 km) 2000 . In a word - the ass of Abkhazia, which is also a 3-hour drive from Adler. This boarding house is not even close to the money that travel agencies sell it for.

The new building is good. The girls clean well. Good linen, mattress. The staff is friendly. They cook decently, but monotonously. The territory and the beach are practically not cleaned. During the 14 days of stay, the descent was vacuumed in only one place. There is a big problem with communication. Entertainment is not available. But thermal springs overshadow everything. You turn a blind eye to all the shortcomings.

It's just a ruined vacation. The owner, who sat on a bench near our house and EVERY DAY raised his voice to solve his business issues or just chatted "with the boys." He YELLS at the comments with an inadequate voice. It was impossible to put a small child under such an escort. This is despite the fact that the service here is plus or minus zero: dirty, unwashed room, kitchen - similarly. Water and electricity are constantly cut off. The bed linen was clean upon check-in, but no matter how much you rest, no one will change it or wash it for you.
Of course, the location and proximity to the sea is captivating. And if you are not confused by the Abkhazian chatter that does not stop day and night, this place will suit you.

Among the advantages: clean air, sea, sun, eucalyptus trees. The food is good.
The furniture in the rooms is old, the territory is not well maintained. There are a lot of mosquitoes. There is nothing to do after dinner, everything is quiet and dark. The cafe is closed. The electricity is turned off every morning from 5 to 7. And most importantly: do not buy tours from tour operators. It will take 5-6 hours to get here. And they will be taken out of the boarding house 12 hours before departure.

It's a very sad place. You can write for a long time how bad it is here. Starting from the food, ending with rooms that stink of sewage. We lived in July 2022. Attention! If you want to have a good rest, you are not here. The price is for 4 bangs. 12,000 days. The food is supposedly a buffet. Every day boiled potatoes, 2 porridges, butter, bread, cheese, fei hua jam, 2 soups, cabbage. Apples are made from fruits and that's it. All the food is made to feed a bunch of people effortlessly. They cook and fall like for cattle. Queues for an hour or more in the dining room, standing on the street waiting. The tables are not wiped, you sit down where a dozen people have eaten. The director is an old man who robs money, does not invest anything in the boarding house. It's a very pathetic place...

Terrible chipboard houses, everything is rotting and stinks of mold, plus the photo did not match what we were offered, they said we would not take it off, only for a day at most to find a new one, the owner yelled, talked like a wild ill-mannered man. He said that they don't settle for a day, but it's not written anywhere. But the owner is just terrible, how can you even talk to people like that. And the houses are creepy, there are also a lot of ants in them, by the way. I don't want anyone to rest there. There is nowhere to sit outside, there are no dishes in the kitchen. In general, nothing is equipped and very poorly.

We were with our family in August 2021. We took the tour through an operator. I have been to Abkhazia and I know what to expect from this region. I have no illusions about the service and other delights a la 5 stars in Turkey.
The beginning was, to put it mildly, not very good. We arrived at the boarding house at five o'clock in the morning, the employee was very surprised by our arrival, although the tour actually began with the past day. A little nervous, but in the end we were accommodated in a suite, although we bought a tour in a junior suite.
With this, the conflict was nipped in the bud.
Of the advantages: - proximity to the sea,
-gorgeous air with the smell of eucalyptus,
-good food (the whole family liked it),
-a shop on the territory with extremely pleasant prices,
-close to the healing mud boarding house (went 2 times),
Among the disadvantages:
-unkempt territory that has known the best of times (employees try to maintain order to the best of their abilities and understanding),
-dirty on the beach,
-lack of any entertainment and mass events. If they had hired an animation team, it would have been much better.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest.
