Two missed in the morning, and not during the working hours of the delivery itself. After that, I called back more than once to the same number from which they called me, to the short number on the site, and to the mobile number on the site. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! AND HE DIDN'T CALL BACK! I had to write on Instagram. After that, they called me and said that I hadn't answered the phone in the morning, so no one would bring me anything at the appointed time! They let me and my guests down! Thank you for spoiling the holiday!
Terrible service. I ordered sushi on my birthday, and in order for everything to work out on time, I decided to arrange pickup at 18.00, making an order in the morning. So, they called back at 17.30 and said that they would work only from 19.00 and my order was postponed to 21.00. How's that? Why are you taking an order? A very unreliable organization. For me, this is definitely the worst sushi in the city. There is no desire to contact them anymore.

We called Eugene Krabs, we were ready to return this yummy thing back. The refund was refused, the redo was refused, everything was pushed to Yandex. Eugene krabs has always been something special from sushi deliveries. I ordered for important events or meetings, because I was sure that it would not be easier in Minsk. That's what I thought until today.
1. It all started with the most unpleasant conversation on the phone, where an unpleasant-sounding woman communicates with you, as if she is not happy that she was called and asked for something. The sediment remained after the call. I think OK, maybe I got it that way (but I read the reviews below and understand that it's not me alone).
2. The delivery lasted 3 hours(!) and it's MONDAY. You can't write off the high load and other overlays here. For the money paid (and this, for a second, is much higher than the main sushi market in Minsk), I want the delivery to be a maximum of an hour and a half.
3. The order arrived, I open it, look at it and understand that it is POORLY assembled for this amount. The rolls are falling apart, the avocado tastes strange, 1 set of rolls was not eaten at all, something completely incomprehensible tasted.
Usually I ordered, everything was always on top, after these sets, the mood rose. But this time it's just not tasty and it's a pity for the money spent. Well, we will try the market, since this business does not see problems (judging by the reviews, problems appeared not so long ago).

Мы взяли два супа и поке, еда была готова за 20 минут. Очень понравился интерьер и то, что хоть заведение работает больше на доставку, все равно есть, где сесть, чтобы поесть. Очень приятный персонал, дружелюбная атмосфера. Еда была просто божественно вкусной. Роллы мы не заказали, но выглядят они очень аппетитно и весьма большими. Теперь будем стараться заглянуть в это место каждый раз, когда будем в Минске.

We made an order by phone, arrived at Liebnecht 66 to pick up, announced the order, they gave it to us. We arrived home - and our order was not in the package, we called, said that they would order delivery, but as soon as they found out that we live outside the city, they said, "well, we will not order delivery, there is too much workload, so we will not take your order to you." I indicated that there is a Yandex delivery, to which they replied that they do not have such a service and if WE NEED it, then you order it yourself. I ask the management to contact me and explain the approach to the client in which I should order delivery when your employee gives me someone else's order without a share of apologies.
In the end, the operator just hung up.

I put 2 stars for the quality of the rolls (although they were already cold) and for feedback. But there is no desire to contact this institution anymore.
I called for 2.5 hours to make an order, it is always busy, and when I get through, there is an endless waiting in line to the operator and it resets. I never got through the first time I wanted to order and it didn't work out that there was one person on the phone and he was always on a smoke break…
Ordered sushi for Friday night. At 17 we ordered a small change, from 20-45 to 21-00 we promised to bring it. At 21-15 they called to find out where the courier had disappeared. At 21-30, the courier arrived, at what, he did not call that he was late, when communicating, not a drop of shame for such work is visible. Лично для меня, Юджин Крабс - одни из лучших суши в Минске. Ребята крутят большие вкусные роллы, в рисе не чувствуется уксус и самое главное, в роллах всегда много свежей рыбы/морепродуктов, так же повара от щедрот добавляют другие ингредиенты, будь то авокадо, груша, икра, хлопья тунца.
Конечно, в запасные дни (как правило праздничные) или при оформлении заказа через Slivki бывали промахи, но админы/курьеры своевременно реагировали и решали ситуации с претензиями. Где-то скидка, где-то ролл в подарок. Вежливые и приятные курьеры, если задерживаются, обязательно позвонят и сориентируют по времени.

There are no messages on social networks or news on the site about the problems. If you don't want to work, we will look for other decent services.
We came specifically to sit and eat. There are no tables, they only work for takeaway. There is no menu, they gave a QR code to familiarize themselves with the menu. Everyone is very busy, they don't give consultations.
