The food is good, the waiters clean the dishes quickly in the restaurant, there were no queues, everything is delicious and varied.
There are problems with cleanliness in the rooms and public toilets. I don't know, either the staff is working hard, or they are not enough.
There are no mattresses on the sun beds on the beach, the entrance to the sea is with stones, it is better to go in protective shoes. There is no locker room, the shower is old and on public display.
There is almost no animation, what happens in a hotel can hardly be called animation. Aqua aerobics in the afternoon by the pool for 3 minutes, almost without music, in 8 evenings there were 2 performances of 25 minutes each and 1 evening live music for about an hour. That's all the fun. After dinner, people just drink near the bar to very quiet music.
If there are reviews about good animation, it's because animators ask them to write positive reviews. We were also asked.
The location of the hotel is very good, 1 km to the center of Mahmutlar, there is also a Saturday market, the market on Tuesdays is located a little further away, they bought gifts for their loved ones and themselves. Alanya and Cleopatra Beach are 20 minutes away by bus.
There is a developed infrastructure near the hotel, there is a place to walk, many shops, restaurants, parks and a beautiful long embankment.
Because of the poor animation, I would not go to this hotel a second time. The atmosphere is worse than in a boarding house, even in boarding houses they arrange discos in the evening))

We stayed at this hotel from October 10 to October 19, 2024. The hotel is very beautiful from the outside. The room is good. There are two steps to the sea and there is a swimming pool. The food is varied and delicious, although there are few fruits, only apples, plums and watermelons. It would be all right, but...the pool is dirty, the tiles at the sunbeds are not washed, the tables are constantly doused with beer and wine.There were often not enough fresh towels, so they took the sea from the room. The floor in the room was wiped once in 9 days, that's what we told the cleaner. Towels were also not changed every day, the toilet stank of sewage. The bed linen was also changed once. On the ground floor, the drain button did not work in the toilet, paper was lying everywhere...in general, there are few workers, they say that no one goes, they pay little. We were lucky with the weather and it pleased us. And the sea is nearby and the pool, but because of some little things, I can't give the hotel 5 stars, only a solid 3 !!!!!

The food point on the beach seems to be quite good, but the wooden blind area clearly needs repair. The vacationer fell through a gap from a rotten board with obvious damage to his toe. We had a rest in June 2024.
One of the advantages. Everything is fine with the food (if you didn't like some dish, you didn't take it anymore, there is a choice). Drinks are also fine. The room was "standard". Many of the staff speak Russian. The beach is very close. The sea is clear in the morning (worse after lunch).
Of the cons. The room was not cleaned at all, the towels in the room were not changed. But there was a lot of paperwork. Entering the sea is a horror (there are big rocks near the shore, people are falling) although the stove was cut down. After lunch, garbage (small plastic) appears in the sea - what is the reason for this? There is a lot of hair in the pool, apparently the water filters do not work.

In general, we were satisfied with the rest. And the only thing that spoiled the impression of the hotel is one situation. By the way, cleaning was every day, maybe it depends on the floor, in the reviews of others they write that rarely..The food is decent, we found something new in 10 days, we didn't get tired of everything. The only drawback is entering the sea, you definitely need corals. The store in the hotel is on sale and in the nearest Migros. There is a place to walk nearby and Alanya is 20 minutes by bus. The volleyball court was also important to the children, they took the ball with them, played in the evenings, the beach animator only gives out the ball during the day. We liked it

We rested in this area..... in June.2024 . .What can be said about this hotel.....On the plus side, the sea is close, that's it!!!We drove from the airport for 3.5 hours, arrived at 12 at night, there was no question of any food, we offered to go to a restaurant in the city.The view from the room is side to the sea and mountains, but if the room number ends at 17 or 18, then this is tin.The balcony overlooks the inside of the hotel!!!To go to the sea through an underground passage, but very close, a couple of minutes from the hotel, the beach is small pebbles, stock up on silicone slippers, it is not possible to walk.The pool is tiny.The staff does not speak Russian, only 2-3 people.From the Bingo animation (this is our lotto)Tickets are paid for 3 euros and darts.No discos , no movement, no animation, this is the first time .During the day, dying animators dance by the pool a couple of times.There is dirt in the rooms, centuries-old under the beds!!!The toilet is wobbly, there is no door in the shower, there is not even a glass for toothbrushes!!!You have to beg for toilet paper or carry it yourself from their cart.Cleaning is like every day, but in fact they come in and see if there is a tip, fix the beds and leave!The linen was changed once a week, the towels were not changed at all.The floors were not washed, the balcony was not cleaned at all!AND MOST IMPORTANTLY!A PURSE WITH 200 DOLLARS and LIRA DISAPPEARED FROM the ROOM after cleaning the room, they turned to the reception, for 2 days they portrayed violent activity, like looking for cameras, powdered their brains, tried to make us look like idiots, searched the room 5 times, in the flesh to the underpants, eventually they said that they could call the police, but the cleaner would write in response We are being sued for defamation .The last day, seeing us, the head of the guard immediately changed direction and left.We vacationed many times in Turkey, the first time we got into such a hellhole with a bestial attitude, and where money is stolen!As a result, the rest is ruined for your considerable money, if you want to throw money in the trash, come relax in Euphoria Comfort Beach!!!

The hotel is really 5 stars, but it requires repair and timely maintenance and replacement of equipment and other small things:
- one of the 2 elevators broke down - it was not repaired in 5 days;
- the elevator call is also very interesting (if you do not press both buttons (up/down), the elevator will roll back and forth without stopping on your floor
- the shower room is "killed" and not for tall people, but tolerable;
- the air conditioner either blows cold or makes noise if you fix it - everything is of your choice (in one particular room, and not everywhere, of course)

We had a rest in June 2024. A five-star hotel does not pull. It seems that they wrote that the renovation was in 2023, but our room was not touched by the campaign. We had a rest with children, a family room, a regular room, only a second room was made from the balcony, respectively, it's hot in this room, the condors help well. The food is better than three, the meat is not clear, twisted something is presented with spices, chicken and fish are nothing, you will not stay hungry. I liked the pool, the children went to the slides, they can ride right with inflatable circles. There is zero entertainment, the hotel has no territory. The sea is just around the corner through an underground passage. The beach is small pebbles, there are slabs in the sea, but in my opinion it is better than in Sochi.
