8) there is no mini bar
9) lock all valuable things in a safe!! Cases of theft straight from the room
I strongly do not recommend it, there is a hilton, a Sheraton in Batumi and a Marriott will be completed soon, avoid this place

If money is stolen, I advise you to call the police immediately so that the cameras are not cleaned up, the hotel apparently does not worry about its reputation at all. Far from the center . The buffet is monotonous, but there is plenty to choose from, There are few fruits, no watermelons, no melons. About rotovirus: we transferred it in the first few days, and nothing from the proposed Swedish was found to be sparing for the stomach. Among the advantages: spacious room, washing machine and kitchen , kettle. The dirt in the room and self-cleaning, gritting their teeth, were endured, but stealing from the room, despite the cameras on the floor, is already too much.
The hotel is not bad, the food was delicious, the views from the window are beautiful. But there is one thing. They stole a couple of things right out of the room. Cleaning is quite rare, it often has to be knocked out by the reception, one of the 3 shifts speaks Russian at the reception...problems are not solved for half a day.. the breakfasts are very average, you will not stay hungry, but the choice is very meager. On weekends, the hotel is packed, you can wait for the elevator for 20 minutes

The buffet was morning and evening, quite a Turkish buffet. The pool is small and clean. The gym is also normal. In general, the hotel is large, beautiful, and the reception area is beautifully decorated.

Breakfasts are weak, you need to come to the spa with your own towels and attention: with a hat!) it's like going to the Olympic pool). There is a coach in the pool who teaches children not from the hotel and of course you will not be able to swim or sit quietly. There is a parking lot and it is closed, but one day I went out, and a small gypsy was almost sitting on my hood, the guards did not tell them anything and I had to figure it out myself. In general, I will not come here anymore. Oh, well, one of the advantages is still downstairs near the casino, a good restaurant)
Very loud bass music plays all day from the rooftop pool bar, and you can hear it from the rooms with the windows closed. I stayed for 10 days and all I wanted was to leave as soon as possible, a large room, a good bed, but 2 times the lights were turned off and asked to pay for electricity, I spent 35 GEL, the shower / toilet /washbasin flowed and the whole floor was in water constantly, there were no dishes, as well as forks /spoons and so on, the room is dark
