It's a terrible bank, I don't recommend it to anyone.The support service cannot be reached.Dad wanted to send a transfer to Russia, the staff are completely incompetent in this matter, they tortured an elderly man of 85 years old, but they could not help, they say that Mari El is not in Russia.The city of Privolzhsky is being hammered into the computer, but the village of Privolzhsky in the Volzhsky district of Mari El, Russia, is it unclear why they keep such workers???

The mess in the Zhezkazgan branch is complete, the phones indicated do NOT ANSWER AT ALL, what is this!!!! The branch in Satpayev has closed altogether, and it is not possible to get through to Zhezkazgan for the second day - they do not pick up the phone on any number. Is the bank working at all or is it closed? If you are a worker, then what are the employees doing who do not consider it necessary to pick up the phone!!!! If they don 't even take off the tubes , then what can we say about their work !!!!!As I understand it, you need to complain to the head office about this branch more than once. I have lived in Almaty all my life, now it's something here for work, no one is responsible for their duties. I will definitely write a complaint to the management at the head office right now!!!
