I have been a client of this bank for several years and have been served in this particular branch. I would like to express my gratitude to the head and staff of this department for their patience in working with clients (we are all different), sensitivity and responsiveness. Detailed explanations were given to all my questions that I asked when applying for a loan in November of this year. Even then, when I asked to explain some point of the contract again, the employee calmly gave explanations with a smile. I wish this team success and prosperity.
Disgusting bank!!!!!! I'm not talking about the branch, but about the bank as a whole. If you are not a resident of Kazakhstan, then you have zero rights. For example, a Russian citizen who does not live in Kazakhstan is completely denied access to a savings account to which social benefits for occupational diseases and maintenance are credited only upon personal visit to the bank!!!!! The fact that this is physically impossible due to the closure of the border for quarantine, the bank does not care, since this is the best excuse to keep money in their accounts. Even registration in Smartbanke.kz by phone belonging to a bank customer (non-resident) is closed by the requirement of registration only by phone of Kazakhstani operators....Together with the rules of border crossing, it turns out that it is possible to come to Kazakhstan to eat kebabs and drink vodka to relatives, and a needy pensioner who has given his health at an enterprise in Kazakhstan must personally come to the bank in the complete absence of such an opportunity.
As a result: the bank's actions, combined with ill-considered and illiterate decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, directly violate the rights of a needy pensioner ,
by depriving him of the opportunity to use social benefits.
PS: one star has been set, but the Eurasian Bank is not worthy of one either.
