They treat customers negligently , even rudely .I couldn't log in and transfer money from my phone.The data is incorrect. I changed my ID card. I visited the bank twice.They said we'll fix it within a couple of hours.I had to go to the bank 3 times and it wasn't fixed within 8 days.More. They call from the head office and ask for a good mark...That's how they treat their customers.
I don't advise anyone. There is one amount in the terminal, and when you go to the cashier to close the loan, they say a different amount. You show them the checks and they don't care about the checks. So I'm not going to that bank anymore.
