It's a complete mess. I waited for almost 2 hours, then the cash register was closed altogether. I had to go to another department. There are not enough workers along the way. The employees were fighting among themselves. And the cashier felt sick, as it were. An ambulance was called. The bank seems to live well on interest, you know what their percentage is. And they can't recruit staff. In a word, it's a complete horror.
