Issued a refund. The first two Caspi couriers did not pick up the topper, as it did not fit in the car. And a message came to Caspi that the buyer (that is, I) had not sent the goods. And accordingly, the store canceled the refund. It was not immediately possible to contact the store. For some reason they ignored my messages.
