The other day I wanted to buy one in the Euromobel store. I asked the seller to bring a table from the warehouse in a package to the store and I will pick it up myself. To which the manager replied to me that if you take it in a package without assembly by the specialists of the store, then you cannot make claims for marriage or lack of equipment, and in general you can not even look. We won't refund the money anyway. I asked what about the law. I was told this is the company's policy. I thought it was the manager who was so frostbitten, but it turns out not. Arriving at another store On Bazhova 99. There they repeated the same thing to me. After my insistence, the manager said if the seller would take over the unpacking and inspection, then if anything, the refund would be at her expense. When it came to payment, I was charged another 600 tenge allegedly for delivery from the warehouse to the store. I was actually in shock. Even Ostap Bender did not think of charging customers for the delivery of goods from the warehouse to the store. I appeal to the management of the company to deal with these facts and return 600 tenge illegally taken to me. And I will never go to this store again, and I do not advise others.

We bought a sleeping set.We waited for the delivery.They brought it, found a chip on the mirror from a chiffonier and a chest of drawers from another headset, a different color.We called the delivery operator and informed them.We were told that both the mirror and the chest of drawers would be replaced in 2 days.X-day came, we waited for the delivery, we waited..They finally arrived..one mirror...and the delivery guy didn't even know anything about the chest of drawers.They started calling and writing to the delivery operator to understand what was going on.Neither calls nor messages to WhatsApp were answered.As a result, we called 3 numbers to find out at least something..With grief, we got an answer in half, it turned out that the guys forgot to bring our chest of drawers.And we had to go to the warehouses ourselves and pick up the chest of drawers.That's how our stores and delivery work, there are no words.And the operator has a separate respect!!!For ignoring us in a brazen ((( Incomprehensible antics.
