I visited the store, Euroopt, Dzerzhinsky 3B. The store is very clean, the staff has discussed all 5 points. There are even my favorite handmade candies. A very beautiful photo zone. The sausage department has a large selection of sausages, a rich selection of cheeses. At the entrance, the flower department, the prices of flowers are very affordable. The girls make beautiful bouquets, they are friendly. In the dairy department, I found products that are not available in any store, natural goat products. In the bread department, I wanted to take one bread, but I chose 4 pieces, and bran, and with carrots, and with buckwheat, buns with bran. Belarusian sweets have a very large selection. There are signs everywhere indicating the Belarusian production. Beef is of our production, and there is even marbled beef. I found duck and turkey from meat. I recommend the store. Parking is free for two hours, do not forget to take a receipt at the checkout for parking.
A wonderful store. We came here to choose gifts for our partners, the seller is very friendly, explained everything, advised, and left satisfied. There are many high-quality products that you will not find in small shops near the house, like neighbors. A big plus is that the store is nocturnal. I constantly use self-service ticket offices, there are no queues.
Of the good ones, most of them have an excellent assortment, pizza at a bargain price, buns, and promotions are generally pleasing. From the bad - there are often queues, parking is often a problem, vegetables are always a problem
I don't like this Euroopt. It's like there should be premium products in prime, or at least a wide range because of the size of the store. And there is simply no butter with a fat content of 82%, there has never been a carpaccio from at least one manufacturer, let alone a choice of different brands. There is no rice for risotto (arborio). I don't come every day, but every time there is some kind of disappointment. I have never written reviews about grocery stores, because I think that the assessment in this case is very subjective. But this store is so disappointing that I want to put a unit
As previously reported, the staff is friendly. But it doesn't reach the premium store, so we went shopping and were surprised not to find some of the usual items. There is still work to be done, including in terms of the organization of the retail space.
Disgusting place and staff. Rotten finished products can be replaced at any time. Price tags are either missing or standing anywhere, it is sometimes very problematic, if not impossible, to find the price of the product you are interested in. In the sausage and meat department, two Romanian prisoners who serve at the speed of a snail, so instead of working, they manage to discuss problems with each other. And cost. You're like this, waiting for your three sausages and listening for a couple of minutes to Galya choosing socks at the market yesterday. They leave only at round-the-clock work and there is no other alternative in the area!!!
Such a good store. Everything is there. In the full sense of the word. And their pickles and pastries. The ice cream is wonderful. I really liked the self-service ticket offices.
A large hypermarket with goods that are not imported to small and medium-sized euroopts. The absence of beef and mutton. Unfortunately, there are two or three ticket offices open on weekends, respectively, large tedious queues. There may be problematic self-service ticket offices. In general, it's light, it doesn't smell, the audience is civil.
For the second time after eating Euroopta premium cooking, I earn rotavirus on Dzerzhinsky. In addition, I bought a couple of times and, bringing home products from cooking, I found that they were "smelly". In addition, sellers are confused by their appearance. I doubt the normal sanitary conditions of cooking, storing and working with food.
There are only two cashiers for eight cash registers! The store is large, the flow of people is appropriate, it is not always possible to pay with a card, and there are huge queues. There are no questions for the cashiers - they are working! But where is the management looking? It's a big area, is it really that hard to find cashiers?
On 17.08.24, a watermelon was bought in the Euroopt store at 3B Dzerzhinsky Ave., Minsk. When I came home after cutting the watermelon, there was a clear smell of rot and the watermelon inside was completely rotten. The watermelon was thrown away. Its cost was 5 rubles. We didn't take it back to the store because we don't live nearby. Look carefully at the quality of the products and the expiration dates.
round-the-clock is cool, but here's the problem: the choice of products for this level of store is just disappointing. there are no cheeses, ice cream and ice in summer - as if they are not needed. there are a lot of brands that apparently give kickbacks, but as for adequate ones, no. pp bars always seem to be hidden from people, they lie under the counters at the very bottom. Zero Cola is never in the fridge. but the alcohol department is just a fairy tale. the choice is one hundred percent. The pizza in the finished product, the one that is sold piece by piece, lies uncovered all night, and in the morning they do not hesitate to sell further. the taste of the finished product is always bitter, and the smell of the oil is rancid. flies are flying on the shelves with buns, fortunately I have not seen cockroaches. There are few shops in the area, since they do not control, they just know that there is no competition, there are no problems with customers(
A wonderful store with a good assortment. I really like the cooking department, you can safely buy lunches in it. There are a lot of self-service ticket offices, it's a pity they don't start working in the morning. But there are usually no queues in the morning, at most a couple of morning drunks. And you can also buy some small birthday presents, a bouquet of sweets or something more interesting)
Check the receipts. The cash register display never works. They are being cheated outright. You ask why it doesn't work, how to control purchases. They say they just broke down at all the ticket offices three days a week at once for sure.
Everything is very decent. Around the clock. Only the car is on the 5th floor, and the store is on the 1st floor. You have to pay attention to it yourself.
The advantages are round-the-clock operation, a relatively normal assortment.
Cons - long queues at almost any time of the day, very few ticket offices are open! And even self-service ticket offices do not always work at night. Dear management, make more cash registers, please. This is your profit))
I am quite satisfied with this store, there are the necessary products for cooking the food that I like to eat. There are plenty of options for meat, vegetables, sauces and sweets. I put four tk for a long time there is no my favorite juice in a glass with a peach, but with an orange in bulk…
Big. Clean. A modern store. Everything you need is on sale. Baking and cooking are on the level! The placement of goods is not very convenient. Near the cash registers there are chemicals and household goods instead of necessary products.
Euroopt, as well as large euroopts everywhere. A standard set of goods, fresh pastries, vegetables and fruits are also more often normal than bad (frozen or rotten, or overripe). I love self-service ticket offices: although it's sometimes difficult to figure out where they distribute what, but you don't remember the name because of the rush. Well, this is subjective, but objectively I go to euroopt more often than to other stores
A good store, the assortment is excellent. I won't tell you the prices, I was on a business trip, the store is next to the hotel. The prices are adequate for me. And yes, the staff is friendly and always ready to help and prompt.
Prime for pedestrians :)
Parking is free for 2 hours, but ... it's until 21.00 :) You can go out with packages and suddenly find that there is no exit to the parking lot from the building. After that, you will run with packages around the building (well, after all, the elevators that will be lowered to the parking lot - also at 21.00 - everything) and you will find that the place through which you stopped at the parking lot is closed. Next - the quest. At the gate, find a piece of paper with a phone number and dial the guard. Find out from him where the entrance to the parking lot is (no, not in the same place as the entrance - look for a small door from the end), and then you will only be able to leave.
The logical question is - why not put a car on top? Yes, because the entrance - there is only 1 car passing by width. Because of the smart guys who throw their cars there. Although to pay tribute - there are no forbidding signs. As a result, there is a narrow entrance to a small parking lot, where everyone is trying to leave at least because of three smart guys who have cars at the entrance to zero.
And so yes - prime. For those who are on public transport or on foot :)
A good store, a large selection of food and drinks, surprised with a decent assortment of whiskey, and the obvious advantage of this store is that it works around the clock))
A wide selection of products, you can buy everything you need and want, everything fresh and relevant. There are self-service ticket offices. Products of own production.
A very good level store! A large selection of products and various goods. There is medicine. Everything is of high quality. Different price levels, for "any wallet". The working hours are just great 24/7! A sufficient number of cash registers. The staff is friendly. Parking for cars is nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to visit this store! 👍
We had a rest for the Christmas holidays. I liked the sanatorium very much. Everything is at the highest level.
A small recommendation to the administration of the sanatorium.
Write to the guests that they are wearing shorts and flip-flops for dinner.
Otherwise, everything is fine
We recommend it to everyone.
I don't really like the Euroopt network-don't be offended -it's personal)
But I love fruits on sale!!)))
It is not very convenient to drive in a car, then it is difficult to taxi in the opposite direction... Well, in general, it is good.
I am glad that there is such a chain of stores in Belarus. Always great products. Polite sellers. Modern cash registers. Everything is real for people. I recommend you to visit.
It's not a bad store, but for some reason I don't like the location of the departments. Not the largest selection of products (the choice of coffee and tea, though more than in other stores). Just a little bit at a time. But, of course, you can buy everything you need - you won't leave empty-handed.
The staff is polite. Parking is good, there is always a place (in the evening for sure, I don't know how in the afternoon).
I stood in line so that the cashier at the checkout, without any explanation, just took my product, took it to the place, making a cancellation. And only after that she said that she would not have change and she would not serve me. The question arose why the cashier did not have change from 20 rubles in the convenience store, although she "respectfully" offered me to change the money (which I did not need)? If I had collected 81 rubles worth of goods and handed over 100 rubles, would the cashier have silently taken away my goods as well?
Suggestion for improvement: invite your cashiers in such situations to be, firstly, polite, and secondly, first explain the situation to customers, and not silently take away their goods and just, in fact, drive them away. I wouldn't have any questions if I was told, "Sorry, I can't give you change."
The round-the-clock euroopt often helps out until 8 a.m. Morning cashiers often set a pleasant mood for the whole day. Otherwise, the store is like a store.
I won't even count how many times this store has been saved at night. There is a huge selection, everything is fine, but with a small minus - there is no open toilet at night (none).
I like to visit this store after 22-00, because from this hour there are discounts on products of our own production. A wide range of sausages, alcohol, beer in the fridge, milk and fruits. And it is quite important to have self-service cash desks.
The store is like a store. We decided to try pizza today. There are beautiful ruddy pieces in the window.
And here is the expectation and reality in the picture. There is not a single piece of olives, and onions were added as in a hodgepodge.
The pizza was half-cooked. They were baked at home, but the taste is disgusting, one onion
I do not recommend it.
A rich assortment. Prices, by Russian standards, are low. It is possible to order pizza and other pastries, which will be cooked while you are shopping for groceries.
The range of products is quite good, the quality is also good. There are often promotions.I love self-service cash desks, there are always free ones, and the administrators quickly come up to fix the error or confirm the age (if there are alcoholic beverages). The store is open 24/7, I recommend it
A good store. I liked. There is almost everything! The service is nominal, there are self-service cash desks and there are many of them.
Disadvantages: it is unrealistic to park, there are too many products from Russian manufacturers.
Great store, good marketing here - everything is delicious 🤗🤗🤗 But the parking is terrible, there is nowhere to park at all, only a paid option. Parking across the Ocean is closed ((
Nice big store.
Very not a bad choice.
What pleases is the presence of a large number of self-service ticket offices and the fact that it is a convenience store.
In general, I advise you.
