The only nuance is the athletes running around the floor on our last night. I didn't quite understand this behavior. People are resting, it's night time, and the coaches are chasing the kids around the floor.

I stayed here in November to spend the night before flying to Almaty. We arrived at night, the girl at the reception is well done! Everything was decorated, placed, the rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh. In the morning, breakfast is served buffet style. The choice is not what it is, but you can have breakfast well, like at home. In general, I liked everything! I recommend stopping. The staff is friendly!

We stayed for 1 day at the hotel
An old shower room, a creaky bed, a creak from every rustle, a normal breakfast (however, there is little space, and during rush hour you simply can not find a table available. Some rooms have hot water problems.
The hotel has its own parking area and a pleasant reception area.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago, in general, I can recommend it, but there is one thing... It is not a fact that if you book online on booking services, you will get a room of exactly the category you wanted, as happened with us. After booking, we even wrote to the hotel on WhatsApp, sent all the booking information, everything was confirmed to us, they said that there would be a triple family room with three beds. Upon arrival, it turned out that they had booked a standard room with one bed and an extra sofa bed, and they had already allegedly sold our room. They offered to check in as is or cancel the reservation through support. Settled in. In the morning, it turned out that you also have to pay extra for the third breakfast. The hotel refused to meet them halfway, even in the form of a free third breakfast (which would be logical for lowering the room category), they denied their mistake, and communication was extremely unpleasant, especially with the manager. Fortunately, the support of the booking service compensated us for the inconvenience. But the hotel and the room itself were great. Clean, everything is new, everything you need in the room is there, the location is very convenient.

A cozy little hotel. The location is convenient for travelers - there is a bus station nearby, but, fortunately, this neighborhood did not cause any noise or inconvenience. There is a large parking lot, and you can buy a lot of necessary things at the reception, starting from socks and ending with SIM cards. There is a cafe downstairs where you can have dinner without leaving the hotel. The choice is small, but the portions are large, tasty and inexpensive. Good day friends!!! The hotel is located two minutes from the bus station, which is very convenient. The hotel reception is not very friendly and not smiling staff, which is very disappointing!!!! When checking into the room, the girls promised breakfast in the room, in the morning the rules have already changed, we do not bring breakfast to the room, they said at the reception!!!!
The room is cozy, more or less clean, so 4 stars. The restaurant has friendly girls, everything is very tasty..... I gave Rahmet to the Smbat employee for delicious food))).
Minus one more star. Nevertheless, when handing over the room, the girls from the reception distinguished themselves!!!!

Nice hotel. There are, of course, small joints (somewhere something is broken off), but without serious drawbacks. The staff is super. Responsive, friendly. The prices are normal.
Note: the "standards" do not provide a kettle, there is only a refrigerator. But tea can be made on the ground floor in room 2 (there is a type of dining area).
Overall, I liked everything. The location is convenient. There is a shop and an inexpensive dining room nearby.

A wonderful hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean, everything is new. We took a junior suite: the room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, microwave. Welcome tea, coffee, five liters of water. I really liked it.
Well, maybe the sound insulation could have been better. The bed might not creak so much. But this is an order of magnitude better than dirty rooms and musty bathrooms. I recommend it to everyone.
