Today, the issue of collateral was finally resolved, it turns out that despite the write-off of the amount in my bank statement, the money actually did not leave the bank. Therefore, I never saw their return. But it took more than a month to find out, because my bank needed an unblocking document. The fact that it costs you 10,000 drams was unexpected, but it is better to include this point in the contract template in advance so that customers do not invent too much. I am glad that the bank met him halfway even without him, even if not quickly.
