Great hotel. Good location in the city center, everything is nearby in 2-3 minutes on foot. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean. After lunch, I return - everything is tidied up, the bed is made. I definitely recommend it.

Such lovely girls at the reception. Everything was told, prompted. The breakfast is good, for every taste. The hotel is located in the city center, near the main streets and the colorful vernissage, which is open on weekends. The room is small but clean, the view was on the construction site, BUT in the morning you could see Ararat.

I am happy with the hotel. Polite staff. The sound insulation in the rooms is within acceptable limits (sometimes extraneous sounds are heard, but it did not interfere with rest). There is a welcome bottle of water in the room for the whole time. You can drink water from the tap. There is a shower gel, shampoo and soap (renew). The hair dryer is strange, with a nozzle like a vacuum cleaner, but it copes with the task. There is a TV with Russian channels. Iron and ironing board on one of the floors (but also available at 3 nights).
Breakfasts: pancakes, sausages, ham and sliced meat, cheese, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, eggs in shells, yogurt in a large container, sour cream, jams (cherry, apricot...), portioned yogurt in jars, bread, toaster, butter, fruit salad (grapefruit, apple, kiwi, orange), cereals, croissants (every other day), cupcake (lemon and chocolate), pita bread, apricot juice, tea, coffee. The breakfasts don't change.
The hotel is located on a quiet street. Cafes, restaurants, Republic Square, English Park, Noi Factory and Ararat are within walking distance. The cascade is literally 2 km from the hotel. Convenient location.

This is a good hotel.
1. Excellent location in the very center and just a stone's throw away. The opening day is around the corner.
2. Nice clean rooms with good bedding and cleaning
3. Quite a normal varied buffet breakfast.

I was in Armenia for the second time, and for the second time I was convinced of the goodwill of the people and the training of the staff. We lived in a room for three - it was luxurious. The breakfasts are quite modest, but this did not spoil the impression of the hotel. And the location in the very center of the city is a dream for a tourist.

Your journey will begin with the fact that you will lift a suitcase or stroller up the stairs - there is no ramp at the entrance and you will carry everything in your arms. Then you will get to the room very tired.
I don't understand how you can fix 4 stars, there are a lot of two.
The rooms are small, the bed is clean, the room is clean.
And also the sounds of the subway, which will wake you up and the room shudders like an earthquake

The room on the 4th floor is a little cramped for two, but this is not critical, but the audibility is unusual on the floor: speech, sounds are not audible, but when the neighbors' mobile phone fell, I clearly thought that mine. In the shower, the water temperature changes too much.
I don't know the price - a business trip.
I liked the location, the breakfast is great!

A great hotel for reasonable money. All standards of the hotel business have been met. The staff is professional and friendly, they speak English, and there are many foreigners among the guests. Very clean and well maintained. The windows of the breakfast room overlook the fence of some eternal construction site, so a very nice garden was laid out there, it's nice to have breakfast looking at it. The rooms are neat and comfortable, there is a large table, a master switch by the bed, the only thing that could be improved is to place sockets by the bed. The Wi-fi is quite working. I definitely recommend it.

It is located in the very center.
The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi in the room worked very poorly (we moved from one to another as we extended the trip) and still the Wi-Fi was constantly turned off, if you go for work, keep in mind.

Due to the heated Yerevan market, the room price does not match the quality. The photos on the booking page look better than in reality. For breakfast - "the menu is modest, but nutritious" (c). The disadvantages are compensated by attentive and responsive staff.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. On the day of check-in, there was 1 bottle of 0.5 water. For all the days of stay, no more water was provided, so people who need to take pills have nothing to wash them down with. At the same time, there is a kettle and one tea bag, which no one will replenish for you if you deigned to drink on the first day. Therefore, buy water and tea additionally. Next, if you suddenly run out of toilet paper in the first few days (the roll is super small, and your family is more than 1 person), go to the store. The walls are only made of drywall, if the roommate snores, you will not fall asleep, if you are with the children, wait for them to fall asleep and you will fall asleep.

Breakfasts, as people wrote, are meager. But at the cost of sausage, meat and sausages in the store (they are made of toilet paper in the store), these products are very decent. Cheeses are excellent and meat products, if you have cleaned everything out, they will definitely replenish it. You won't stay hungry for breakfast. The trouble is, this is a thermos with hot water, the water runs out quickly, and it is difficult to find staff who will fill the thermos. In general, the hotel is on a meager three, although the girls at the reception work very well. And yet, for all 4 days at breakfast, the pita bread was with blue mold, so with a creaking heart I left it on the plate. I really wanted to eat this national bread of Armenia. Not to be confused with blue mold cheese.

I wrote a negative review about the hotel earlier. But now I want to write a refutation. In our case, there was a technical error, there was no cancellation of the reservation, our room was waiting for us. Why such information was received is unclear. Upon arrival, we had to spend several unpleasant hours in limbo, not knowing where to check in. But in the end everything became clear, we were at the Europa hotel, where we were warmly welcomed and sympathized with. Thanks to the administrator Kristina, who warmly welcomed us, quickly arranged for us, explained how and where it is more convenient to go. The first impression is wonderful. The room is clean, large enough, there is a safe, a kettle, a bottle of water. We are happy with everything.
We booked this hotel in early February 2022. From May 2 to May 9, that is, tomorrow morning we have a flight. At 16 o'clock, a message from the tour operator that we will not be checked into the hotel. The reason is not explained, perhaps for political reasons, because we are from Russia. It's good that we organized the trip through T.O., but otherwise we would have been looking for another option ourselves.
Tip - if you are considering this hotel, think carefully about whether the same thing will happen to you as to us.

The hotel itself is well-maintained, decent rooms, but the Internet on the 2nd floor does not catch, you need to look for a part of the room where Wi-Fi will catch. They sent a technician, to which he said "it catches me, it can't be fixed", there is no balcony here, if you want to smoke, then you need to go down and smoke on a crowded street, I would not come back here

I liked everything except the view from the window and the bad coffee in the morning. But this is not the most important thing. There are quite a lot of beautiful views in Armenia. And the hotel is located in the center of nowhere, quiet and excellent breakfast. I recommend.
