A cool and pleasant LCD. Not for mopeds, of course, but it's quiet and peaceful.
A big plus of high ceilings. There's a cool bakery shop at the entrance and a nice summer snack.
Relatively affordable prices, unlike the central residential complexes…

We really like it because we live there, everything is very beautiful, plus or minus for someone that there are a lot of cats, we like the fact that there are kittens and children can play with them. The atmosphere is pleasant, there is a shop and even a restaurant.

The location is excellent, the area is good, but the complex itself leaves much to be desired - it is unfinished and already dilapidated, few shops, complicated logistics
