We are from Minsk. Before going home, we stopped at a tire service, as we noticed that the wheel was coming down.
We were accepted at 18:00 at the sun, told and showed the problem, offered coffee/tea and took a very small amount for the work.
We were pleasantly surprised by the availability of prices and the level of service.

At the end of the work shift, it was done carelessly - I didn't have the patience to properly clean the places for installing weights, they came off on one wheel in my presence immediately after installation on the hub. They've been redone, but there's a beat at 90+.
