Today, on August 10, 2023 at 21.10 in the Eurospar store on the Tole-bi corner of Nauryzbai Batyr, my bag "rang" at the checkout. Everyone was ringing, but the guys on duty decided to check only me and forced me to shake out the bag, threatening the police. Having found nothing, they realized that the magnet on my keys was ringing and they let me go. But I always go with this magnet, why didn't it ring before? I am a university lecturer with 40 years of experience, not a thief, but in front of the customers of the store I looked like a thief. I ask you to deal with the behavior of the guards. I also ask you to figure out why the magnets on the keys are ringing, and not your goods. To confirm my words, you can watch the video from your cameras. I am waiting for an answer, otherwise I will act further, because I do not like being accused of theft.

I would like to have a choice of good products at any time. I would like to see Ghee oil on the shelves. By the way, the staff is inattentive: when paying in the self-service area, the girl did not respond very kindly and the guard talked to her standing in the middle of the exit and did not even move when I left, he also touched me. I didn't hear an apology. And also: is it possible to include minced meat? And more: minced beef with non-chewable additions of cartilage, tendons!!! This is a big minus!! We'll have to go to Ramstore, where they sell wonderful minced meat only. Products made of it are soft, delicate!! And of course it is convenient: when there is a store nearby where you can buy everything or almost everything. And when fresh, natural is generally great!
