It is not possible to get through to the phones for recording, which are the 4th, for half a day (the phone is unavailable, they just do not pick it up and it is busy - the latter is generally normal). When you get through, a certain female person with a nasty voice and boorish manners picks up the phone, and judging by the manner of conversation, she is under the influence of psychoactive substances or heavy sedatives. I ask the clinic management to take measures regarding this employee.

I would like to express my gratitude from the bottom of my heart to surgeon Olga Vasilyevna Shultseva. I had to have two complex wisdom teeth removed (both lay deep in the gum), I was scared in dentistry by M.J. and regional and I accidentally got into EuroStom, without even reading the reviews, trusted, so to speak, fate. I came for a consultation, and already at the moment of the first meeting with the surgeon I realized that I was ready to trust her. And for good reason. The two removals in her hands went perfectly! With the light hand of a doctor and a caring attitude.
I am immensely grateful to the doctor! Definitely cooler than the Soviet methods "with hammers" and definitely worth the money!
- heavy workload of administrators affects the quality of their work, I would recommend that management think about how to "unload" administrators to improve the level of service.

There would be no happiness, but misfortune would help…A year of torment and the search for a normal doctor ended with a meeting with Dr. Livanova Olga Vladimirovna. A DOCTOR and A WONDERFUL MAN from God! When I first got an appointment after endless walks through Vitebsk clinics, I did not expect a good outcome. She came with the consequences of improper tooth extraction in another clinic (brought to bone necrosis). Olga Vladimirovna relieved me of the pain that had been tormenting me for more than 6 months in one go! But the main purpose of my visit was an aesthetic problem (small teeth, large cracks, high abrasion, small cracks and the presence of a baby tooth-a canine tooth - at the age of 30!). I mean, I've been smiling with my mouth closed all my life.. Before that, no doctor in Vitebsk wanted to take my mouth. Everyone had the same answer – to pull out a baby tooth, put a hood for the molar and braces. That is, the process is very long, costly and without guarantees of a good result. Olga Vladimirovna approached my problem very sensitively and gave me hope that you can do without braces and in just a couple of hours make me a beautiful smile, which I have dreamed of for 20 years! I went to Eurostom for about a year: on the advice of Olga Vladimirovna, I ordered and started wearing a mouth guard to reduce abrasion; then she cured all my teeth, then directed me to remove the zenith (for visual elongation of one of the central upper teeth). And so, when all the preliminary work was done, Olga Vladimirovna, as promised, turned me into the happiest person in a matter of hours!!! The restoration and installation of composite veneers were carried out. When I saw my teeth and my smile, tears of happiness flowed by themselves! It was a very difficult, painstaking job! Olga Vladimirovna did everything very efficiently and beautifully. During my visit to this clinic, I have never been anesthetized! Each procedure was performed fairly painlessly. Many thanks to Olga Vladimirovna for her individual approach, for her sensitivity, for her professionalism and excellent attitude!
