Flowmeters are not regulated, and they do not overlap the closing circuit. When trying to twist the flow meter to close the circuit, it rests inside the collector, most likely against the nipple. I contacted Euroterm with a request to help solve the problem, which was refused by the management, through an employee. They said that the management does not want to communicate. In fact, they do not bear any responsibility for their supplied equipment. I do not recommend this company, if problems arise, they do not even want to figure it out.

When asked why the gas boiler does not stop working and constantly warms the room, if there is a temperature sensor, in response you hear that we are suspicious people and the function of the gas boiler is to heat. And the fact that there was a problem in the electronics of the sensor, they do not take this into account. I paid 40 rubles for the call, no receipt, no receipt for the work done, nothing.

Private house (no one lives yet), Vitebsk, 27.10 the "Master" arrived to make the boiler... The house was opened by my father-in-law, because I am not in Belarus yet, and my wife is at work. He did his "business", after which he called his wife and said that he had left the boiler settings "to a minimum." The next day, the wife asked the housemate to take a picture of the meter readings and then she rushed off... Consumption per day is almost like in half a month!!! In the evening, my wife came to see what was the matter... The temperature in the house is +49 on the sensor, the walls are hot, there is nothing to breathe. It turns out that the figure set the temperature not according to the sensors inside and outside the house, but according to the temperature of the hot water, + 50 and calmly drove on!!! My wife called me and on Viber I told her how to set the normal settings. I also called the master, he promised to come, but no one was going to wait for him in a house where it was over 40 degrees at 20:00 and with a small child. In principle, he would not have helped in any way, because he does not know how to set up the boiler according to the sensors (checked a year ago). I tried to get in touch with the master through a single service, but no one gave Viber a number... Then completely ignore it!!! A couple of days later, on the weekend, my wife came to the house to check the boiler and, at my request, looked at the walls, as a result, cracks appeared on the walls from the bottom up in two rooms and decorative plaster, which costs a lot, needs to be redone!!! I don't know what the rest is yet, I'll come and see for myself. After ignoring the "unified service", I decided to look for a connection with the management in Minsk, found the CEO's number through friends, dialed... The conversation was not promising and ended up writing a letter with a claim to an e-mail, "we will figure it out"!!! But no one, as I understood it, was going to figure it out. Immediately there were ridiculous excuses, in the form of an official response to the claim, signed by the CEO!!! The first letter was answered that we could not consider the claim because we "refused to send a specialist to establish the circumstances of the malfunction of the gas equipment." So there was no violation in the work, and why would I need a person in the house who would not help in any way... The answer to the second letter is generally "killed"... It turns out that there is no causal relationship between cracked walls and a temperature of +50!!! And yet, this equipment, as it turned out, technically could not make such a temperature in the house!!! In short, now you can't get anything from anyone...

A contract was concluded for those. maintenance, the Vaillant boiler stopped working, the master arrived and, without diagnosis (as he said by appearance), determined that a replacement board worth 160 Euros was needed. When asked to send another master who can diagnose the device, they refused (the operator behaved rudely and incorrectly), they said if you are not satisfied, terminate the contract. We called others, as a result, there is no need to change the fee, the cost of work, taking into account departure, is 100 rubles.
