The very case when I accidentally walked into a car dealership and became the owner of an amazing Lixiang.
The main thing that pleased me was the efficiency and patience of manager Maxim Khomich.
In general, I just wanted to take a closer look and check the price. Maxim immediately invited me for a test drive. The car was immediately impressed with the exterior, interior, massage chairs, controls, equipment and panoramic roof.
There was very little time, the children wanted to have lunch, and visiting the car dealership was not part of the plan to walk along the Embankment of Minsk. I asked Maxim to find me the right model in black with an orange interior and send the information to whatsapp.
By the way, there was another car dealership on the other side of the building, to compare the offers, I asked them to send a price offer there.
What was my surprise that Maxim contacted me within an hour with the words: "The car is at the factory in China, you can order it." The price suited me, we agreed that I would come tomorrow to sign the contract and make an advance payment.
By the evening, like a true girl, I decided that the color needed to be changed, and informed Maxim about it (hardly, having pleased him for the night), confirming my intention to make an advance payment tomorrow if they find the right color.
Here, Maxim showed customer orientation and efficiency for the second time, picking up a second car by lunch next day.
That's it, less than a day has passed from idea to implementation!
Then, albeit not without adventures, I paid for my car in several stages (it took the patience of both Maxim and the head of IVI-Panda LLC Sergey Vladimirovich), but now we all know exactly how to pay from abroad)). It is important that everyone looked for ways out together and showed mastery of endurance)).
Maxim reported on the logistics of the car from China to Belarus (that's great, there's no worry about where and how ...) and the month flew by unnoticed.
They sent me a video and after passing through customs and receiving the EPTS, they invited me to issue it.
I wouldn't be me if I took the car right away. I was able to arrive two weeks later, and what was my surprise that the car was sent for a second car wash.
Then an interesting story begins – they hand me the keys to the car, having previously decorated it with a large red bow (thanks for your attention, I mentioned that I dream of getting a car, as in the movies, at the first meeting). Maxim gave instructions and taught how to interact with a new car for more than three hours. At some point, the amount of information went through the roof, it had to be processed and worked out in action. I informed him that I would come again if something was unclear.
I was given some very cool souvenirs and gifts (thank you!!! the child is also happy)) and I drove away driving my own Li6. It was, of course, scary and the first remote consultation was needed after an hour)) - Maxim came to the rescue again. In general, the manager was busy with me the next day, gave me good advice and comments, letting me go only when all my questions were exhausted.
It's been a month now, and I'm incredibly happy about my purchase. The car is easy to operate, sometimes you don't want to go out. I turn on the massage, start the movie and enjoy it. Everything is cool!
