Advantages: location and price. The rest of the cons: the hotel is dead, repairs are required. The beach is not equipped, sun beds are broken, umbrellas are torn, beach towels are not provided. Everyone went swimming on the beach of a nearby hotel. The food is meager, semi-finished meat products such as nuggets. There was no light or water for 21 hours during my stay. The main contingent is Russian pensioners who wear bright pareos in the hotel. Some of them are even happy with this hotel. It is clear that the hotel is a troika, but it could eliminate the shortcomings that overshadow the rest. We booked a standard room, but got into a normal room only on the third attempt. The first one was not cleaned - dirty, in the second the shower doors did not fully close, a strange device for draining the toilet tank and stained walls. The third number turned out to be normal. They clean up the garbage and wash the floors on request - that is, there is no strict schedule. There is no iron in the hotel. As the administrator said, it was stolen. Apparently, faith in people has disappeared, since they have not acquired a new one. There will be water in the morning and evening if you live on a high floor. We lived on the second floor, hot water appeared closer to noon and until 8-9 pm, because it is heated on the roof by solar panels. The food is really not rich, men will miss meat. Basically, chicken, chicken nuggets, beef liver was once and fried fish. There are a lot of greens, breakfast cereals with milk, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, a lot of cheeses, but very salty, olives, porridge not every day. There was mashed soup for lunch and dinner, we didn't try it, but people like ok. From fruits only watermelon, from sweets - from semolina puddings and a type of sponge cake with jam. The sea is close - 7 minutes walk. On the beach section of the hotel there is a bar with and without alcoholic drinks. Sun beds and umbrellas (rare and not always whole) are free of charge. You can't swim on the beach of our hotel - there are stones. We went to the beach of the nearby Arya hotel - there is a lagoon, the bottom is fine sand and there are no waves. There are no houses of local residents near the hotel - hotels and new ones are being built everywhere. You can walk along the numerous cafes and shops that work almost around the clock, buy something from clothes and souvenirs. Migros is a 20-minute walk away. The hotel also has a hairdresser (not used), hammam, massage is praised. A good animator and the hotel grounds are pleasant - there are palm trees and climbing plants around, beautiful lighting in the evening. The pool is clean and the slide is water. In principle, if you do not wait for a lot, go beyond the sea and the sun, it is quite possible to stop.

The pros are only a good DJ and Russian music, but there are a lot of cons, the water was turned off for a day without explaining anything and the light, there were constantly sour potatoes on the snacks, which were served probably more than once, the toilet worked on the beach only until four o'clock, the Turk opened it when he wanted, an impudent brute, did not even want to to go to the bar, beer that is, then not, the menu is monotonous, I just wanted to eat a homeless package and constantly wanted to eat, but they gave me normal meat only once, they clean well and every day, if you go to this hotel, take food with you, there were a lot of dissatisfied vacationers, I also waited faster time flew by to return home, I do not recommend this hotel, nothing good.

There is no beach, there is no entry into the sea, broken sun beds, 2.5 torn beach umbrellas, disgusting sour food, dirt, stink, flies, rats on the top floor, under the ceiling, rooms were cleaned 1 time in 6 days... The walls are made of cardboard ...There is no rating of -10, I would put it.
