We had a rest in July 2024, we really liked it. The house is located almost in the center of Sukhum, not far from the botanical garden, the embankment., the second bus stop In the courtyard of the house is a bakery where delicious pastries are baked and a beautiful bougainvillea grows. The house has everything you need, washing machine, dryer, iron, billiards on the third floor, refrigerators, kettle, stove, all necessary utensils. Air conditioning in the room. The house is located a little on the mountain, but this is only a plus, after the rolls)). Towels in the room, toilet paper in the bathroom.nodes. clean cleanly and on time. Aunt Nina is super!!!

It's love at first sight! We have been staying with Eva for the second year with four people (two adults and two children). A very atmospheric place! Bougainvillea blooms under the windows in July and the bakery next door smells delicious. The guest house has only 4 rooms on the floor, which have two combined bathrooms with a shower + one separate toilet. It is always clean, which is very important! The kitchen with a dining room in the attic with a magnificent view of the sea and the center, has everything you need for cooking and eating🙂 It takes about 15 minutes to get to the embankment in a straight line at a leisurely pace, maybe a little longer or faster, we didn't spot it :) There is an arboretum within walking distance.

This is not the first time we have stayed in this house. Simple, and very to the soul. High ceilings, stairs, antique dishes, doors, buffet, chairs, a window with a view of the city and the sea ... this year we are coming to you again and we are very glad that there were free places for our dates!

A very nice and lovely hotel, has everything you need, the location is good, 10 minutes walk to the embankment, 7-10 minutes to the train station by taxi, 10 minutes to the beach! There is a bakery right in the courtyard with very tasty pastries and affordable prices

A very interesting house with a history! Huge windows with shutters, doors like from a fairy tale, and a magnificent bougainvillea blooms in the courtyard. A wonderful housekeeper with delicious breakfasts and a fragrant bakery on the ground floor of a neighbor's house.

An interesting house, if I'm not mistaken, 130 years old😀 The rooms are in Soviet style, there is air conditioning in each room, all amenities, a shared kitchen and a beautiful view from the window on the third floor. And the most beautiful thing in this house is the people and of course Aunt Nina.👍🤗
